Newly Renovated Vacation Home With Desert Theme in Premier Golf Community

Spend your vacation in this newly renovated home in Sun City West, a planned active adult premier golf community. This beautiful home has been completely renovated in 2015 with porcelain tile throughout including two bathroom showers. The kitchen has granite countertops, smooth top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator. There is an eating area in the kitchen that seats 4. All cooking utensils and dishes included. Guests provide their own meals. Living room has leather couch and love seat, 60 inch television with stereo. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with granite countertops.. Cable television in master bedroom. The guest room includes a queen bed and large closet. Linens and towels are provided. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and new leather couches with a door wall leading out to the patio. Cable television and WiFi included. The dining area can seat up to 8 guests. Washer/dryer is located off the kitchen area. The home includes an attached garage and two bicycles for your enjoyment. The backyard patio (with pavers) has a Weber barbecue and patio table with a propane fire pit. Also has a matching bistro chair set for your morning coffee pleasure.

The SCW community offers a 9 hole (18 hole) golf course. Recreation facilities are only available for residents use due to recent change in SCW policies. The home is centrally located with 40 minutes to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and 35 minutes to Scottsdale. Spring training camps are close proximity. Numerous shopping and restaurants are available in Sun City West and adjacent Surprise. A library, churches, synagogues, medical facilities and movie theater are located in Sun City West. Bingo is offered every Friday night. The Sun City West pools and sports clubs can be used by paying an additional fee. Golf and bowling is open to the public.

Great Thanksgiving

We came out to be with family over Thanksgiving. The property made the stay that much better, it was clean and well appointed, close to shops and dining and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect location

We needed a place to stay in Sun City West to wrap up my Mom's estate. She passed away this summer and my family met here. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. The patio was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. A wonderful visit!

Made a last minute booking and was very pleased. Location worked great for us. Easy access to major thoroughfares. What a wonderful experience. We needed to stay in Sun City West to help out some relatives and this house worked out perfectly. The WiFi was fast, the TV large, and the neighborhood quiet. Fabulous home for a restful stay. The beds are large, comfortable and cozy with nice linens. The kitchen has most any pan or spice you can desire. We enjoyed the bicycles for exploring and exercise. This is our 3rd time in the house and it is always our 1st choice.. Great communication with host

Very nice house in a rather quiet neighborhood. Even being a block, separated by a wall and a parking lot, from a major street in SCW we did not notice the traffic. One goal of this trip was to experience life in SCW, thanks to this rental property we were able to do so.

This home has been completely renovated and updated in 2015. Diane and Paul are both retired professionals. Diane retired as an elementary principal in August 2015 and enjoys spending winters away from the cold Michigan weather. Paul retired as an auto engineer and continues to love cars. Diane and Paul live in West Bloomfield, Michigan, on Cass Lake and enjoy water activities such as boating and kayaking.

This property has been in the family since it was built in the mid 1980's and has always been well maintained. The property has been recently completely renovated and is perfect for vacation rental.
