Perfect location on Garrison Bay, watching the seals, birds, boats, and can see English Camp across the Bay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pillows, and perfect for 3 adult couples to each have a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Plenty of everything you need to cook and barbecue. Would definitely recommend and return!

We came with my older parents and young children and had an excellent stay. The views were gorgeous and we loved looking out the big windows and enjoying the backyard on the water. We saw lots of seals and bald eagles. The garden was also lovely. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. One thing to be aware of is the large windows bring in lots of natural light, which is lovely, but you may want to bring an eye mask as they aren’t all covered with shades.

Family Retreat

An awesome get away for our growing family. The listing is accurate. A beautiful house located in a serene bay. Very spacious with great gathering spaces to play games, eat or just hang out. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

4th of July Celebration

We have actually stayed at this property before and enjoyed it so booked again. The layout is really great for a group with plenty of eating and sitting spaces. This house was also well equipped which is really nice because sometimes properties can be sparse with cooking basics and equipment. Beds were super comfy and the primary bedroom has a big bathroom and lovely balcony. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house and location.

Serene and pristine

Very clean, well appointed home with bay views and plenty of options for gatherings inside and outside the home. Quiet setting with beautiful gardens and plenty of wildlife on land and in the bay. Close to Roche Harbor and its amenities without being in Roche. Excellent communication with host. Thank you!

Birthday celebration

The property was easy to find and the setting is beautiful! If I was to suggest anything it would be to let renters know to make ferry reservations early, we looked two weeks prior and could not get a reservation. We still made it to the island but about 3 hours later than we would have liked. With that being said all of us would highly recommend this home! Thank you.

We arrived driving through a beautiful (felt like) secluded forest. This house was perfect for us three couples. Very comfortable with lots of room. Perfect location and perfect and beautiful views of Garrison Bay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the water ripples. VERY QUIET! If we had any questions the hosts provided an answer very quickly before our visit and during. The house is equipped with whatever you would need for your visit. If we came back to the island I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making us feel welcome on your island!

We had a most excellent stay, in a stunningly beautiful location. The property was spotless, well equipped, welcoming, and super comfy. Would love to return for an extended stay. it was great. Had issues getting heat out of the splitters - turning the temp up to over 80 degrees didnt help - but just ended up turning them off and when the sun came out it warmed the place up.

Sorry to learn just now that you had trouble with the heating system. I wish you had let me know so we could fix it for you or adjust the floor heat to your comfort level. This is the first complaint we’ve had about the heat and we certainly will check it out.
