Enjoy a lakefront stay at this superb newly renovated 3-bedroom house in Rollins. This lakefront property offers a cozy atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home on the lake. Enjoy the lake with Breathtaking views of the lake from the wall to wall glass doors in the living room and dining room. The dock is big enough for your surf/ski boat. Great sitting area on the dock as well. The Master Bedroom has perfect lake views with sliding glass door that walks out to the deck just feet from the water. The sprawling deck has plenty of room for everyone with a table to eat at as well. There is a large waterside fire pit area to enjoy the evening lakeside. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with a king bed, queen bed, 2 bunk beds (1 Full size bunk and 1 twin sized bunk) ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone. With amenities like heating, WiFi, a washing machine, and AC, guests will have everything they need for a convenient stay. The two new bathrooms are equipped with showers for a refreshing start to the day. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our awesome place.
