Our apartment is beautifully designed by a professional interior designer, ensuring a stylish and comfortable stay. Located on the second floor, our apartment is easily accessible. You'll find a spacious wardrobe, ample shelving, and a cozy atmosphere to make you feel right at home. The bedroom is private, features a full-size bed, and has a lock for your privacy. The kitchen and living area are also private and for your exclusive use. Please note that the bathroom is shared with my husband and me.

We loved staying with Marja and Arthur! The room was perfect for being out in the city all day, rather than hanging out and relaxing (however, the space definitely can provide for that). The shared bathroom was not an issue at all. The hosts were so kind and flexible, and gave us a few amazing recommendations in the area! Great location, and simply amazing all around! Thanks again for hosting us :)

Wonderful room in wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was prompt, attentive, and super friendly! We loved the walk ability to Broadway/Times Square, Central Park, and the subway! There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Prime location with all the amenities you need for a fantastic visit to The City! We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

The location is great - easy access to Central Park, a 25 min walk to the Javits Center, 2 stops from Times Square on the subway. The description says 1-bedroom apartment, which is misleading. This is a room rental with a shared bathroom. No access to a living room, kitchen, or any water other than the bathroom tap. The room was stuffy, and while the air conditioner helped, it was much cooler outside than inside my entire stay. NYC hotels are outrageously expensive during climate week, so this rental definitely saved me money, but I'd spring for a hotel next time (or stay further out). Hosts were very nice. Requires one flight of stairs to walk up (uneven footing on the old stairwell) and a half flight to enter the building.
