The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set both units to 80 in the summer and 60 in the winter.
Please take the trash can out to the road - on the side of the driveway opposite the mailbox.
Please place all used towels and washcloths inside the guest bath tub. Please leave the sheets from beds you have used in each bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only use the remotes for the fireplace and do NOT tamper with the fireplaces or fireplace controls. Tampering with the controls may result in a fee.
