Emerald Pointe is a gated community with 24 hour manned security, Four Clay Tennis Courts, One Hard Tennis/PickleBall Court, Three Swimming Pools (one heated), Two Story Club House, Exercise Room, Game Room with ping pong and billiards, BYOB In-Season Restaurant, On-Site maintenance, Gazebo and park on Peace River, RV and boat storage (current wait list), Boat Ramp, Yacht Club, Tennis Club, Clay Busters Shooting Club, Dominoes, Pool Aerobics, and MANY social events throughout the season/year. Perfect seasonal rental in a welcoming community. Two car garage so bring your golf cart!!! Relax in the evening in your private hot tub on the back deck and grill up the fish you catch out back under the outside kitchen/grill gazebo. You will not be disappointed with the view and location!

Winter 2025

Our villa was supplied with more than everything we needed. Jenell was always prompt with answers to any questions. Emerald Point is a very nice welcoming active complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
