This was an excellent home for our group while we were in town for a family wedding. All the activities were awesome, the house (including the beds) were comfortable, and hosting our big family farewell dinner there worked really well. Anna is great to work with and Mike was quite helpful when I couldn't reach her. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family. We swam, played pickleball, ping pong and the kids enjoyed the video games. Anna would quickly respond when I had any questions. We will definitely be back.

Second year at this beautiful welcoming vacation home . We had such a great stay at The Palms House. The place is stylish, super clean, and really comfortable—everything felt thoughtful and well put together. The outdoor space with a peaceful little oasis, perfect for relaxing. Great game room ! Communication was easy, and the hosts were warm and helpful. Would definitely come back—highly recommend!

a very positive experience

Our family was very pleased with our stay for a week at the house. The home is very spacious and everyone enjoyed using the pool, spa and pickle ball court. The property manager was very responsive to any issues or questions that we had. We would certainly be happy to stay at the house again in the future.

Upon arrival at our rental, house was not ready as promised @ 3pm. Cleaning lady was still there cleaning and scrambling to finish. Apparently previous renter left house in shambles. And pool was an utter disaster also. Pool guy had to couple multiple times to get water swimable. We had to sit and wait for cleaning lady and pool guy after 3 hours after checking in the house was finally ready for us to use. I was informed owner knew of the situation since 10am. There was no communication with us to let us know the house may have some issues. Once we text owner, she stated “WE” have to allow her to make things right??? Why did my families trip have to suffer because your previous guest were pigs?? She made it seem like we had to be understanding, LOL. Never made it up to us with a discount or adding time on the back end of our trip (e.g. like a late check out). They collected their money and that was satisfying factory enough for them. There was absolutely zero compassion that our trip started off horribly on Father’s Day weekend….

This home is in a beautiful gated neighborhood, windows to see the kids outside, with different rooms to accommodate a large group. The best part of the whole experience was how easy it was to communicate with the manager/owner and minor issues were addressed immediately. The house is stocked with everything you need and check-in and check-out process was clearly communicated. Overall a great experience!
