Must sign Rental Agreement upon booking. Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no pets, no smoking and no parties.
A $400 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

Fabulous Cabin in Maine

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Riverwood Cabin. It is a beautifully appointed cabin with lots of room in a private tree and river setting. They even have a diverse vinyl record collection, which we enjoyed listening to! It is close to North Conway, NH, and accessible to all things Southern Maine. Darlene is a wonderful host! Looking forward to returning.

A cozy modern retreat in the Maine Woods

Our recent stay in this charming and modern Maine cabin was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled in the heart of the pine forests, the cabin offered a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out. The kids really enjoyed hanging out in the lower level of the house playing arcade games and board games. One of the best features was the wraparound porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. There are a lot of summer activities to do and explore in the area. We spent the day taking the family ATV riding in the Jericho Mountain State Park. We also did some fishing in nearby rivers and ponds. We wrapped up our trip by taking the kids to Funtown Splashtown USA in Saco which they really enjoyed. On our drive back home the kids were already planning their next trip out to the cabin. Looking forward to staying again at the Riverwood Cabin and creating more memories! Thank you Darlene and Miguel for being such great hosts!

Excellent Stay

We spent three nights at Riverwood Cabin, and the experience was fantastic. Beautifully designed home, well appointed, with all the modern amenities. Though situated in an area without any cellular service (zero bars!) the Wifi was great and kept us connected to the outside world. Great kitchen open to the family room, and the fireplace was perfect during the winter. Hosts were super responsive, and we'd definitely come back.

Amazing! Family trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Riverwood Cabin. Home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Hosts were so friendly and quick to respond to any question we had. Location was quiet and very private. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a great stay in Maine!!!!!!!!!
