Discover this lovely 1-bedroom gem in Camp Verde. This charming cottage offers a tranquil escape for guests. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with beautyrest mattress, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Stay connected with WiFi, stay cool with AC, and take advantage of the convenient washing machine. The bathroom includes a bathtub. Additionally, there is an extra living room space with a twin bed. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions like or simply unwinding in this peaceful retreat, this property is a great place to call homebase while you're away.
We have decorated it with a desert rabbit & rose motif & have nicknamed it the "Buns n Roses" cottage.
Within walking distance to town pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Butler Park, a hike down the hill gets you to the river.
Our property itself is a work in progress (new house put on existing property Dec 2023) so please don't expect much as far as that goes, however the Cottage is cozy and quiet. Great neighborhood for walks.
Open the door in the summer and enjoy the Arizona monsoon rains.
Room to park a trailer or horse trailer (sorry no corral available).

Our neighborhood is semi rural with lots of critters around. We are a mile away from the casino, minutes away from grocery and main street, and 25 minutes to Sedona.

Our property is currently a work in progress but the cottage is clean and cozy.
