We enjoyed our short stay at your home. It was clean, close to UT and easy access to interstate. The neighborhood is quiet and although it was street parking it was never an issue and we have a larger SUV. The host communicated everything and was easily reachable even though we had no issues. We already looked at dates to rebook in the future. Thanks again for your hospitality!

We enjoyed meeting up in Knoxville to celebrate our birthdays and this house was a great location close to great downtown restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed except we couldn’t find a corkscrew so we bought one and left it there. The host was responsive when we had issues getting in the door with the code. We didn’t need extra for one night but there was no extra tissue paper in the bathrooms. Overall a great place for a weekend stay!

House is lovely - quite spacious and the fenced in yard was amazing for my little pup. It is on a quiet road in a quiet neighborhood and was less than 10 min from everywhere we wanted to go. Overall a great experience - I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property with great furnishings - thanks!Only one thing - I didn't realize there was no parking but it probably said that ahead of time. Someone parked in our spot on the last night but we still fit ok.

The place was great with plenty of room and well-equipped kitchen. The secure fenced yard was very nice to have with 2 dogs. Very walkable to old town and very Uber friendly for when it rains.
