**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

RESORT HIGHLIGHTS:

- Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools; note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments

- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

November Stay

We stayed this past weekend to take in some Christmas shows. The unit was very well appointed and worked out beautifully for a girls weekend that included my mother and mother-in-law who are quite elderly. Having everything on one level with all the space was amazing! We had a little bobble with outside maintenance being preformed that limited some access and views but the owners were quick to respond -so just know that this time of year that can be a thing. I will definitely stay here again and use this company!!!!

Family Vacation (8 adults, 1 toddler)

The location of this rental is awesome - 3rd floor, large balcony, & great views of the beach. 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths made if perfect of our vacation. The North Beach Resort has wonderful amenities too.The only downside was that the common areas of the condo need some TLC. Furniture upgrades would go a long was.

Your Parents Condo

If you are looking for a laid back, 3rd Floor, 3200 sqft, 5BR, ocean front condo with amazing views at a resort like property, this is it. If you are looking for updated furniture, smart TV’s, gourmet style kitchen with all the latest gadgets or everything is perfect feel, better pass. For my family, we were comfortable and felt like we could all relax and enjoy ourselves without worrying about messing up a staged beach house with amenities designed to be seen but not touched.

Sibling Reunion

For our annual sibling reunion, we stayed 5 nights at this condo in N. Myrtle Beach. The accommodations were great, with an amazing ocean view. We were able to cook the meals we chose to, but also enjoyed going out for seafood. It's a lovely area & the only reason we wouldn't return is that we pick a different location in the U.S. each year.

Beautiful!

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation! Great location and great views. Everyone was happy and said they would definitely go back there again. The ceiling fan was replaced by the next day. The five free tickets for the inconvenience were much appreciated as the kids loved it! Only other thing was loose towel holders….rooms were all quiet and spacious . Whole place was very nice. Beautiful!

Overall our stay was great, However, the bed in the Master Bedroom is not like the picture because the canopy pole were removed. We were excited about the bed we saw and the picture and a little disappointed once we saw it.

We had a great time at North Beach Plantation Unit 301. This unit is excellent. Lots of space for our family and grandkids. Spectacular view of the beach. Well equipped. Beautiful unit. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Easy access from the parking garage. The indoor river and pool were great for the grandkids since it was cold out. Location is very conveniently located to local attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Larry A

We’re sorry if you didn’t enjoy your trip, but we’re completely stumped by this “extensive” review. We pulled our records during your stay, and you only reported a possible issue with the freezer door staying closed (which our team checked and fixed that day). The only other time we heard from you was when you requested extra blankets because you were cold at night (even though it was in the 80s, we dropped two off the following day). Having said that, we wish you would have relayed the “awful” issues while you were here so that we could have assisted instead of waiting to post a one star review with no detail.

Great vacation condo for family and friends

Very spacious condo furnished and decorated nicely. Great ocean view and easy beach access--great for single family or multiple-family stay with plenty of room and privacy. Property management was easy to work with and very accommodating. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is some little things lacked: water/ice maker not working (although they brought ice for us and left in the freezer, which was nice), cookware was in tough shape and there were no garbage bags or supplies for washing dishes. For a short stay, wouldn't be an issue. Overall, we would definitely come back.

We're glad you enjoyed the condo, Rick. As noted in the check-in instructions we send out, we provide starter amounts of paper products, trash bags and dish soap, and we let renters know that they should bring additional if they require more than the amounts we give. So your rental should have had these items when you arrived. This was an oversight by our cleaning company if that did not happen, so I'll be sure to speak with them about this. Also, we're actually in the process of updating kitchen items for our units, so that will be taken care of shortly. Next time you stay with us, which we hope you will, please be sure to contact our maintenance team (per the Welcome Note on the fridge) while you’re still here so that they can take care of any issues you experience (this includes replacing cookware and missing items like dish soap and trash bags).

Great location/poor conditions

We have stayed in this unit before and since the previous stay there have been no updates. The couch in the living room is falling apart and there are nails sticking out of it which was a concern since we had children staying in the unit. The unit overall needs updates in terms of furniture, paint, kitchen, new carpet and bedding. The washer broke half way through our stay and the solution was to go to another unit 10 floors above us which was very inconvenient. The unit location is great but the unit itself needs ALOT of TLC.

We are sorry to hear that there may have been challenges with your stay. This condo actually did have updates, but when a rental is so large and sleeps so many people, one should reasonably understand that wear and tear does happen, especially when you stay at the end of the busy season. We’re sorry that the dryer broke, but understandably, we have no way of knowing when that’s going to happen. The best solution we had at the time, instead of you not having access to one at all or you having to leave the resort and go sit at a laundromat was to offer you keys to use another condo in the same building. While not ideal, and considering we were at the mercy of the external appliance repair company, we actually felt like this was a great solution, so we’re sorry you didn’t feel that way. We’re actually not sure what else we could have done in that situation. We definitely have plans to update all of our condos in the off-season so that they’re ready to go next year. NBT's is one of the nicest complexes in all of North Myrtle. It's nestled behind a home development and away from traffic and crowds of cars and beach go'ers. The pool complex is very nice with live music and bar options, but it can get a little crowded and loud if that's not your thing. 301 is the 2nd closest beach access (201 closest) of the entire complex of some 300 condos. A short walk down the stairs and out to the beach. The view from 301N is the best part of the condo. A massive balcony with perfect views of the beach and ocean. It's also facing frontwards so you don't see the pool area or the associated noise. The condo only had 3 chairs on the balcony and 2 loungers, it really should purchase another 3 chairs so more people can sit outside. The unit was relatively clean for a rental, no issues with cleanliness. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The other ocean facing bedroom and adjacent bedroom got pretty warm at night, which is likely why they have ceiling fans to help cool down the room. The other rooms do not have ceiling fans. That was our only real complaint, the room got warm at night but assume a fix to this would require major repairs. Parking was easy enough if you park on 3rd floor, an easy walk on the same floor to your condo, no elevator required.
