Lakeside fun

Cute cottage with enough room to lounge indoors or on patio but why would you when the outdoor space is so amazing? Two grills, lawn games, a poker table, darts, karaoke, lake craft and more all on site. Not much to be found neighborhood wise but except for groceries we didn’t need to leave. Wound recommend.

The pictures of the property were not accurate and old photos. The property at this time is not as pictured when we arrived. We found the grass had not been mowed since winter. It was a foot and a half tall the flower beds were full of weeds and the exterior was in a neglected condition. The patio and lawn furniture was broken and discolored from weathering. There was a cleaning lady present when we checked in who was called at the last minute to clean up the entire property interior and exterior. There was no way that one person could handle cleaning a four bedroom house and doing yardwork on the same day that we arrived. I lease the property in March they had from March until June 4 to get this worked finished. A neighbor was located to cut the grass while we were there the second night we were there a storm blew through and the ceiling panels over some beds in the basement fell through because water was leaking from a dilapidated patio that had been constructed over that room. My sister was sleeping in the lower level when the ceiling fell through. We paid over 2300 for a four night stay we would like to request to be reimbursed for our inconvenience. This property is not adequate to be listed as a VRBO listing, I have pictures of the problems. I however, do not have a an email address to send them to you for your review. The owner is also requesting pictures, but I have no email address for him either. Can you please make sure that we receive contact information.
