Great property for mid to large groups

Was in town to reunite with college buddies for the classic over the weekend and very pleased with the accommodations. The host left no stone unturned and received our group very well. Definitely will stay again upon return to Indianapolis.

Great for big groups!

We had a large group and this house was perfect. Plenty of space, the hot tubs were clean and fun. There was plenty of privacy in the house with bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. A great pick in Indy!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Host did not provide access information to property on day of check in and I was stuck making alternative lodging plans at the last minute for a large group traveling with me, will NEVER book this property or host again and recommend you stay far away too!

Business Meetings

The property is a two sided house. We rented both sides. It is really well done and a lovely place to stay. The hosts were great communicators. It's an easy ride to downtown Indy for dinner and took only 15 minutes or so. The only issue we had is the neighborhood. We didn't feel safe being outside at night and there wasn't anywhere we felt comfortable going to grab quick things we forgot to bring with us without driving out of the area. If the neighborhood improves we would consider staying there again, otherwise, probably not. But the home and the host - perfect!

Thanks for your kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed both homes and our communication. Since your stay, the neighborhood has improved significantly and continues to get better each year. We’ve also converted the office into a full bedroom for added comfort. While the area itself is more residential than walkable, guests love that it’s only a quick 15-minute drive to downtown Indy for restaurants and attractions. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!

Mike was very very easy to communicate with and was gracious with an early check-in and late check-out. He also mailed our friend's glasses and bracelet that she left behind.
