This newly renovated unit is perfect for family or friends to unwind after a fun day on the lake. It is central to all that is needed for a fun weekend in Havasu. Lake Havasu has something fun for everyone and in every season including boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, shopping, fine dining, microbrews, concerts, auto racing, car shows, an indoor water park, movie theater, and skate park.

Queens Bay is the best condo complex in Lake Havasu! It is less than a 5-minute walk to the London Bridge or the beach/channel area and all the fun that Havasu offers. The complex includes a large pool area with hot tubs, recreational lobby, common grill and patio areas, and FREE GATED BOAT PARKING.

Our unit is on the ground floor, so no hassle with stairs or elevators, yet you still have a magnificent view out the back of the golf course and mountains including morning and evening shade. Our condo is NO smoking and NO pets. This is NOT a party condo. The on-site security is very strict and will enforce quiet hours and remove unauthorized guests. You will be able to relax in peace.

We live in in a very small town in North Idaho where we own and operate family businesses and have raised our 3 children. It is one of the prettiest places on earth. We enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer. We enjoy boating on our fresh water lakes and rivers and riding our ATV in the mountains. Havasu offers the same recreation for us in the winter. It's the best of both worlds in different environments.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have visited Lake Havasu several times and fell in love with it. It has a small town vibe, friendly community, feels like a tropical oasis in the desert, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, and a great climate. The sun always shines. We decided to purchase the condo at Queens for our winter retreat from the cold and snow in North Idaho.
