Our centrally-located Seagrove Beach studio style condo is minutes away from staple 30A destinations like Seaside, Alys Beach and many delicious restaurants!
Newly renovated + furnished, our condo features:
- Convenient first floor access with furnished back porch facing central courtyard with community pool and laundry room
- 3 minute walk to seashore - public beach access directly across the street!
- 1 Queen bed, 1 Futon folding couch, 1 Pullout full sofa bed, 65” Smart TV, Beach towels, Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Iron + board, games, writing desk area, and all the necessities for your stay! ***We also provide 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella + backpack cooler to utilize during your stay!
Our 30A condo is a studio setup with a full kitchen and full bathroom. The room contains a Queen bed, “full” sofa bed and designated study/desk area. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic essentials for cooking - plates, pots and pans, cookie sheet, cutting boards, seasonings, all necessary utensils and more.
A FEW POINTS OF INTEREST:
- The big chill - 10 min. Drive (Awesome hang out for everyone - sometimes have live performances on the stage + many dining options)
- Alys beach - 14 min. (George’s - upscale dining + beautiful architecture all around)
- Rosemary Beach Square - 17 min. (great walking and architecture with European vibe: "La Creme" and "Charlie's Cafe")
- SEASIDE central square - 7 min. Drive (great for an evening stroll - food trucks and lively scene)
- Publix - 6 min. drive
- Pizza by the Sea (same parking lot as Publix - great quality pizza )
- The Perfect Pig - 6 min drive (same parking lot as Publix - amazing breakfast/brunch)
- Angelina’s pizzeria - 2 min drive / 9 min walk (cozy + delicious Italian cuisine)
- Dough sea dough - 3 min. Drive (great breakfast and DONUTS)
- Old Florida Fish House - 7 min drive (perfect location for a romantic evening)
