Have fun at this completely renovated stylish 2 bedroom bungalow retreat. Almost across street from Aggie Square and well within a walking distance to UCD Med Ctr & Shriners Children's hospital. Short drive to Broadway Triangle District to Sutter Med Ctr, Mercy General Hosp; and Midtown Sacramento shops, eateries, and nightlife, & downtown Golden 1 Ctr.
Fiber optic super fast Wifi, work desk, 1 king & 1 queen beds can accommodate working professionals, small family, or friends.
Other details to note: The bungalow is a primary home. We have a attached ADU studio rentable unit on the back with its own private backyard. Both properties are private, and only share the city trash bin area & the same front walkway leading to separate & private entryway. Potential Noise: Medical helicopters and usual urban city neighborhood sounds.
