If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is the one!! You don’t even have to leave the property, Zen Garden cafe, massage, yoga and a spiritual shop are within feet and yet your still only 5 min drive to the beach!After spending the day on the beach and trying new restaurants it was nice to be able to relax away from the crowds swinging on the chair hammock listening to the frogs. If you love an Asian zen garden feel, you found the right place, words can not describe the peace walking through the trails lined with bamboo trees, every tropical and water tropical plant you can think of, and places to sit along the way to sit and just breath in life and exhale all your worries.I took this trip by myself and it was my first ever Vrbo rental, communication was great and I had all the information I needed. Clean and had just the beachy, eclectic vibe I was going for. I’m planning on booking my next vacay and staying again.

The Zen Garden was the perfect spot for my partner and I! The cafe served delicious, vegan friendly options and had a great atmosphere. The location was ideal, the beach was an easy 2 minute drive away. The only thing I would complain about is the shower not draining fully and we did have mice, but that can be expected considering it’s springtime and the rental is surrounded by nature. The host was quick to take care of the issue and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay! Definitely would recommend.

The setting and scenery was very tranquil at Zen Studio. The food was great there and it was super easy to get to the beach acess. The room was super clean and cute. Loved the water fall and koi fish pond at the cafe.

Beautiful property. Peaceful, serene. The bed wasnt a king but it was still fine. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the shower, loved hearing the frogs at night and how beautiful the little area was. And it is so private to be right off the highway and so close to everything. Definitely recommend!

It was as pictured, the bed is not a King tho, and is not the most comfortable but it was fine for the time there. My only notes would be for those who care about these things when booking, to let people know where to park in the welcome message, the only thing that told you about parking was once you made it inside the room. And you can smell the food really strongly inside your room from the cafe which was not the best of smells all the time. There is also no thermostat so we were cold most of our stay sadly, they did have a space heater but those cause fires so we were not comfortable using it. We would return and book again, and book with the rental company tho.

Perfect Vacation Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! We came to PCB for a beach vacation and wanted something that felt like a getaway. The beach is a short drive away and surrounding the studio is the garden of the cafe which is well kept and maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had everything two people would need for making really simple meals and storing fiod. We did have an issue with the microwave (it completely stopped working and locked our fiod inside). However the vacation management team promptly replaced the microwave the next day. The wifi can be a little spotty but worked fine for the most part. Also, if you are going to be visiting the beach bring a drying rack, the only place to hang anything from are the hooks in the shower; our drying rack came in clutch for this. Also, the garden has a large population of frogs who are active at night. This didnt bother us but it might be a consideration for a light sleeper.This was the perfect getaway for two. It was a nice retreat to come back to after being in the sun all day and very peaceful at night. If I come back to Florida I'll definitely see if the studio is still up for grabs!

Beautiful and convenient

If you are a lover of plants, lush greenery, and an eclectic atmosphere located within walking distance to the beach, the Zen Studio is absolutely for you.The one bedroomone bath studio is vibrant, inviting, and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The studio is connected to a Cafe and Juice Bar, which offers a wide array of vegetarian and vegan dishes, smoothies, and delicious coffee, a gift shop that sells handmade products and vintage items from small business owners, and a yoga studio. Despite being located behind these businesses, the studio is quiet and offers a private entrance and small patio for the guests. The staff members (including the resident cat, Shelia) were friendly and answered any and all questions asked. It rained during our stay, so we weren't able to have our meals in the garden which caused us to notice that there isn't really a good option for sitting and dining together in the studio. There's a small coffee pot but no complimentary service, so you'll have to bring your own coffee and filters if desired. If you are cold-natured, you may want to bring extra blankets as we didn't find any other than the bedding and there wasn't a clear way to adjust the climate aside from a fan and space heaters. Check in was super easy, the accommodations were ready early, and it met our short stay needs perfectly.

Our stay was good. The room was clean. It is next to the Cafe and they were very helpful. My complaint is that we were staying for 4 nights and only had 4 bath towels and 4 washcloths for 2 people! There was no washer or dryer in the room. When I called about getting more the person said that she was sorry but could not help me. We had to buy towels and washcloths. The next time I think of reserving a room I will inquire about these items.
