We enjoyed the historic feel of the house and the neighborhood. We took several walks to the river and the family really liked the area. Maybe for future occupants you could let them know that half the house is occupied by another family. Although this wasn’t a major issue for us it might be for someone else. We had an overall comfortable stay and would only really suggest maybe leaving some cleaning supplies and updating door knobs(as some of them would fall off with the slightest pull). We enjoyed our trip, but wish the beach wasn’t such a long drive. Thanks for everything!

Thank you for the feedback, Jorge! I went ahead and replaced the door knobs. This is an entirely separate unit from guests next door. Also, the beach is only 15 minutes away! Summer traffic adds time. But I'm sorry if that was further than you expected before booking the home. Hope to host you all again in the future!
