The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen making it ideal for your family and friends to gather together. The wood dining table seats 4 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy carry-out from one of the local restaurants.
There are four bedrooms on the second floor with two full bathrooms. Enjoy the modern showers and convenient double sinks in each. There`s another full bathroom on the main floor.
All the way upstairs - using a unique wooden ladder - is a nice sitting area and game room with a game table and smart TV. Bring up some extra beverages and snacks to keep in the retro-style mini fridge.

You will have private access to the main house space, front and side yards, and driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Additional parking may be available on request - please make arrangements in advance.
There is another unit in the building with separate entry via wooden stairs and deck. This unit may house other renters from time to time. There is also an unfinished basement area in the building.
Please respect the defined boundaries, and do not attempt to access these other parts of the building.
IMPORTANT
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection:
1) a small, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option)
2) a fully refundable Security Deposit that is returned after your stay if no damage is reported.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
PETS ALLOWED. We welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet outside and inside. If you must allow your pets on furniture, please cover the furniture with YOUR OWN blanket or towel. The pet fee does NOT include animal waste cleanup or stains on bedding, towels, or upholstery.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
