The well-equipped kitchen includes modern stainless-steel appliances and everything needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with a dining table that comfortably seats eight.

Designed for both comfort and fun, the cabin offers multiple spaces to relax, play, and enjoy the mountain setting.

House Rules

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Maximum capacity – 8 guests
Valid ID required for verification at booking
Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
$300 security deposit hold placed on the credit card two days before check-in and released five days after checkout
No open fires or fire pits in the home or neighborhood
Check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 10 AM
Parking available for two cars
Trash must be disposed of in the bins provided
No parties or events
No smoking or illegal drug use
Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $100 pet fee
Pets must be listed in the booking
Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles are required at booking
Guests must follow the pet policy during their stay
No fireworks allowed in or around the property
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter allowed in the home
Early check-in or late check-out available for $25 per hour when there are no same-day turnovers
No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming allowed
Security cameras installed only at the front of the house
Supplies are provided as a starter pack; guests are responsible for additional supplies if needed
Food, drinks, and decorative items shown in listing photos are for staging purposes only and are not included with the rental

Hot Tub Rules

Maximum of 6 persons
No food or drinks in the hot tub
No jumping or diving
No glassware around the hot tub
No infants under 1 year, pregnant individuals, or persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
Children ages 2–16 must be accompanied by an adult
Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature exceeds 104°F
Use only pool towels, not white bath towels, for hot tub use
No body lotions or tanning creams allowed; please shower before entering
Turn off high jets after each use
Replace the hot tub cover after every use
Do not sit or lie on the cover
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as found
Guests with heart conditions, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
