898 Ketch Court is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse located in the heart of world-famous Harbour Town. Decorated in lovely traditional furnishings this villa is perfect for small families and golf outings. On the main living level are the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access to your private patio with seating for 4 and a gas grill is just off the living area.
All 3 bedrooms with private baths are located upstairs. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and is located to the right as you walk up the stairs. The 2nd and 3rd King bedrooms are to the left and both of these bedrooms have views of the beautiful Harbour Town Clubhouse. Walk to the world famous red and white striped lighthouse in the marina or dine in one of the many wonderful restaurants that are all just steps away from this lovely villa.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Being directly across from the pool was a huge plus—especially with kids. The pool is heated and very family-friendly; even in mid-April, with temperatures around 60, we were able to enjoy swimming.The condo is also less than a five-minute walk to Harbour Town, including the shops, marina, lighthouse, and Harbour Town Golf Links pro shop. It really doesn’t get much more convenient than this. We drove to the Sea Pines Beach Club one day for lunch and beach time, which was also a great experience.One thing we didn’t end up doing was renting bikes. With two very young children, it felt a bit early for us, though bike rentals (including trailers for kids) are available if you plan ahead.If I had to note one small drawback, it’s that the living and dining areas are a bit dated—but that’s truly minor and didn’t take away from our overall experience at all.One important tip: if you’re booking within a week of your stay, be aware that gate passes may not arrive in time by mail. In that case, you’ll need to stop by the vacation rental office to pick them up before heading into Sea Pines. Otherwise, you may have to turn around at the gate.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

This townhome was wonderful, and we would highly recommend - centally located to everythingin Harbour Town, clean, quiet area, ample parking, a bathroom in each bedroom - would love to return & stay here again!!
It is the end unit of two townhomes and is very close to the pool, harbor, and a bunch of restaurants. Could not have been happier with the unit.

This was our 3rd stay at this place and we love it so much. We had a minor issue during our stay, we contacted a manager and someone came over promptly to address it. This location meets all of our needs, it's comfortable and is close to everything we love. We look forward to staying here again!
Terrific location that checked all of the boxes. Really nice and clean and close to all the action. Terrific communication if you need anything. Would stay here every trip to Hilton Head.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Harbor Town in Sea Pines. Location is unbeatable - steps from Harbor Town shops & restaurants, across the street from the Pool and a trolley stop that takes you to the Beach. Spacious, beautiful furniture, 3 and 1/2 baths. Perfect!

My family has been coming to Hilton Head for years so we’re pretty familiar with the different neighborhoods. The location of this home was perfect - right across the street from the Harbor Town pool, walking distance to the shops and one of our favorite restaurants (Links), and a nice bike ride to the beach. The house offered great space for me, my husband, and our two adult daughters. With 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths (each bedroom has its own bathroom), we all had our privacy. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed. The beach towels were a really nice touch since so many rental homes don’t come with them. The house was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy, and The Vacation Company was very responsive to questions. The app provided lots of great information both about the house and the area. As someone who has had trouble figuring out the TVs at other rental homes, I really appreciated all the detail in the app!I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Sea Pines!
Had an issue with the heat at the original place we were supposed to stay. They were already there working on it before we arrived and knew it would t be fixed. So they helped get us over into another property they had available that was great with a great location as well. Hard to find good customer service but had it in spades here!
The bed was good - I usually have terrible back pain sleeping in anything less than an optimal bed, so that was great. Likewise happy about blackout curtains so I could sleep. If you like to cook or bake, the kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances and related, not the usual discount/dollar store fare more typically found in rentals. The living room had a nice big TV with a top of the line surround-sound system which I suppose would be great for watching movies or having nice music playing, though we didn’t use it - it was never the less impressive and well beyond the norm.
Everything about the place was generally positive. The few negatives: the bathroom for the room I slept in had a nice shower but no ledge or shelf anywhere to put soap and shampoo, consequently my soap in the soap dish sat on the shower floor and was swamped while showering and the soap was always waterlogged mush, and I disliked having to bend down to get the shampoo, conditioner, and my comb every time from the floor. It’s just an odd oversight to leave out a practical element like that. Another guest complained that the outdoor patio had a layer of green slime mold on the ground and wanted it scrubbed clean so the kids visiting wouldn’t run around on it with their bare feet.
Great location. Nice accommodations. Grill was nice feature. Only issue was no cable or Internet last 2 days. I called and a person came over in about 30 minutes which was really great but he could not fix the issue with the TV. Overall good experience
This is our second time visiting this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. We love the location and the space is perfect for our family. We love that every room has a king bed and its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we appreciate the extra little things that are included like beach chairs, laundry basket, and detergents. We hope to come back for a 3rd visit very soon!
The pool access was close (just across the street). Bedrooms are nicely decorated. Pots and pans and kitchen utensils in great shape. Ceramic Tile throughout the downstairs. Each bedroom has its own full batch, the extra 1/2 bath downstairs definitely useful. My main complaint is that the lighting throughout the home is Incandescent, and radiates lots of heat into the living areas. If they switch to LED lighting, this would help the A/C unit work less against the June heat we were having. Also wish there was a way to access the back courtyard from the street (acess is only thought the house). Overall a nice property to rent.
6 of us stayed at the house for a week - 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids. The house had everything each of us needed. Excellent location, clean environment and well-stocked facilities to make our stay comfortable. There were a couple of issues with the bathroom door locks and the shower, some of which were taken care of by the property manager and others, we had workarounds for during our stay.
The check-in process could've been made easier by integrating the pass-pickup at the resort office. Also, since we didn't receive the entry code by email, we had to make a call to get through, which happened without hassles, but worrisome since we reached later in the evening.
All in all, a wonderful time spent there!
Spent a week at this lovely spacious 3 bed, 3.5 bath condo. Quiet and well appointed end unit/townhouse. A couple of great restaurants within walking distance. We had great meals at Links and CQ’s. Thoroughly mediocre food at Crazy Crab which is also within walking distance. I have a few minor complaints…I told the property manager I needed two parking passes. I was given a code to a lock box outside their office in case I arrived after hours. Luckily I got there while the office was open as they only had one parking pass for me. It’s $9 a day if you don’t have a parking pass to get into Seapines. The Roku was not set up so we couldn’t use it until a tech guy came to condo a few days into our stay. Better instructions on how use the heating/cooling system would be nice. There were extra pillows in the closets but no pillowcases so we could use them. Problem with one shower but as we were a party of two couples not an issue as the condo has three full baths. I alerted property manager so they can remedy situation. We would stay here again.

Golf trip with friends town home was in great location minute’s from harbour town golf course
All bedrooms had own bathroom and king beds big plus. Short drive to beach and salty dog cafe
Pool is right across street. Would definitely try again.
