Great accommodation and location!

We had a great time and enjoyed this property! The host was very communicative and has taken great pride in providing a great experience for his guests. I would definitely recommend others to stay here!

I had a great trip to P-Town, much of it due to staying in this sweet cottage! The location, with the private beach, was perfect - at the quiet end of Commercial yet within walking distance to everything. The cottage is extremely clean and nicely decorated with everything you might need in the kitchen - great coffee maker! The few times I did, communicating with Jason was a breeze. Although there was little to ask him because of the guest book he's created with information about the cottage and the town. Thank you Jason!

It was very adorable. Great for two people. As two older people we ended up bumping into each other but the overall place was a beautiful spot.

The cottage is adorable and its location can’t be beat. It is however very small (my best guess is 350 square feet) with very little room to store clothes (no drawers).

Hi Richard - thanks for your visit! Cottage is 513 square feet according to the deed and tax records, not 350 as you're guessing. Just to note for future guests, while small and charming, we do still have closet space for clothing and a lofted area to keep your suitcase out of the way. We made do with the space we have! Thx again :)
