Amazing

My party and I had an amazing stay. Kadeem was an excellent host and answered all my questions very timely and thoroughly. My niece came to visit (2yo) and she was able to run around and play as well . Overall 10/10 and I would definitely stay again . It is sort of like a basement apartment, but you will only see the upstairs guest while you are walking to the car. It is very secluded and private . Perfect for a small group.

Our experience

The place was very clean and communication with host was easy. however, the place is kind of a basement it was difficult to access, my family and I made it at night time, it was dark no lights and the pathway leading to the place was very narrow and the bushes covering it, we had to walk on the grass and go down stairs with our children and luggage. The neighborhood is not the best either( about 30 minutes away from downtown). The beds were uncomfortable and there was no pots or pans to use.

Atlanta is a gem 🔥 This neighborhood is one of the safest in Atlanta because of the nearby school district. Walmart is just 6 minutes away for quick runs and closes at 11pm. This neighborhood is both quiet and peaceful and secured by police who roam the streets day and night. If one wants to explore, downtown Atlanta is 15 minutes away with numerous parks in between!

💎 There's the Atlanta Botanical Gardens that's 20 minutes away with beautiful sight-seeing views.

💎 World famous Starlight Drive-In Theatre and Flea Market is just 5 minutes away

💎 One of my favorites, the Punchline Comedy club is 25 minutes away, with tickets on the weekend for as low as $25.

💎 16 minutes from the Tyler Perry Studios

💎 11 minutes from the Brown's Mill Golf Course

💎 4 minutes drive to your favorite restaurants (plus a 15 minute drive to envegan, our favorite vegan option)
