A whole Suite with a Master Bedroom w/ California King Size Bed and a second Bedroom/LR w/ Two Large Sleeping Sofas in this Super comfortable private suite in Silver Spring Maryland near D.C. for $64. per night. It has independent entrance not having to go thru the house. Nice bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink in granite topping and toilet.
First guest $64 / night, second guest $49 A home-like with Central AC & Heating atmosphere. Wash/Dryer & Soap included at $19 per load. 8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring MD 20901, only 1 mile from downtown Silver Spring, 10 miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. PROPERTY RULES:

Only booked-in guests are allowed to sleep over. No unregistered people allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity. Visitors allowed in the suite until 11 PM. No party, no loud music beyond reasonable limits. Pets allowed at $20. each per night. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM.
The Hosting expects guests to follow all rules to receive good reviews about their stay.
DIRECTIONS:
8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. The house is located on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. and is fenced by 6 foot tall green bushes all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in all the way near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key. PARKING: Guests have the option to park on the street or on the 24/7 camera surveyed secured driveway. The $9 night is not included in the booking, guests may pay the parking fee to Vrbo or at check-in time.
CHECK OUT time is 11am; no need to dismantle the bed linens - the cleaning crew will do that to send to the laundry and will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest arriving after 3pm; no need for checking-out guests to-do anything; just to make sure not to forget and leave belongins behind.
