Get ready to relax in our sunny-newly renovated in-law suite. Enjoy breakfast on the peaceful backyard patio. Just 2-blocks over the DC boarder, walk to quaint Takoma Park for the weekly farmer's market or to take METRO to downtown DC. This is perfect place for professionals coming here for work or for a family vacation to the nation's capital!
We are a LGBTQ+ and family friendly environment.
Over 700 sqft, this 1-bedroom/1-bath is an open-space design with a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, sitting area, work space, cable TV, and ping pong table/games/musical instruments to enjoy.
The bedroom is separate and has a queen bed, and there is a daybed with trundle (2 twins) in the main living area.
Shared outdoor amenities includes large deck, tables/chairs, enclosed backyard, trampoline, and small garden.
The suite is attached to main home. But has it's own entrance and locks. We are a family of 2 + tiny dog. There is no washer/dryer in suite but we offer a wash and fold laundry service for an additional fee.
