There is few places in SML that offer:
* A short walk down a gentle slope to the lake (100 ft)
* Sandy lakebed that's wade friendly and free of muck and seaweed
* Jump in off the end of the dock and not touch bottom
* Not directly on the channel - tucked into a cove with great lake views (The main channel is busy and choppy during summer. Inlets are much calmer but generally don't offer a great lake view)
* Centrally located - Nn easy 10-15 minute drive to fun local restaurants, activities, and groceries.
* Great neighborhood - Quit, peaceful, realitivly flat and good for walks or a run and an 8 minute walk to the HOA recreation park
* HOA Recreation Park: 3+ acres of open space which includes courts for basketball, volleyball, and tennis and a horseshoe pit
