Mother’s Day’s weekend

Had a great time at Sal’s place. The place is charming and close to everything. Didn’t even need a car as the trolly takes you just about everywhere. The place is literally across the street from the beach. Sal provided beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. It was a great spot to spend a long weekend. We will be back. Thanks Sal.

Great Location

We had difficulty opening the front door and had to call the owner - needed to push on the door after entering the code. Quickly taken care of. Location is great, we could walk to almost anywhere we wanted to eat or browse, beach across the street. The two major drawbacks - noisey area and the backyard furniture should be replaced. Comfortable chairs in the yard would be nice for days when it is too windy for the beach or for relaxing. The front two chairs are not in an attractive area so there really is no place to sit outdoors - a back entrance would be great for grilling.

5 stay here ...this home always meets our expectations... Always clean and pest free. Quality linens, ample parking. Location is absolutely amazing. Laundry and grill access is s so nice to have. Plus beach chairs and supplies are all stocked. Owner is such a a kind fellow. Booked again for later this year

Gem of a place, close to everything around Bridge St. Yet it was surprisingly quiet inside the house and very comfortable. We only had one question and Sal was quick to respond. Loved it!

Great Rental

I live in the city of Bradenton about 10 minutes away from Bradenton Beach.
Originally from Syracuse, NY and moved away from the cold and snow in 2004.

Why they chose this property

In 2003, I was looking for a electrical business in Florida and found this property by the beach, wow! This place was an established electrical service business since 1980. So I purchased the business and property in 2004 and ran the company until 2014 after deciding it was time for a change. Converted the property into a beach house and named it in honor of my parents, Carmen and Tina.

What makes this property unique

The place is across the street from the beach and you can see the most spectacular sunsets. Your within walking distance from restaurants and bars and even natural trails. Not only do you have the Gulf of Mexico beach, you also have the Sarasota Bay behind you where you can watch the gorgeous views on historic Bridge Street Pier or take a boat tour to see the dolphins.
