I moved to the area in 2007 taking a job working as a Marine Chemist at Mote Marine Laboratory in Sarasota, FL. As an avid lover of the Marine Environment, it was a dream come true to be able to own a property on Sarasota Bay, so close to the beach, and to be able to raise my daughter here! I am originally from the Chicago area, so the quiet town of Bradenton Beach is a welcome retreat from the cold winters up north! In 2015, my precious daughter Isabella was born- the light of my lives - and whom I named the property after! Things have changed since my early days working at Mote! I now own and run Rhea Lana's of Manatee, a children's consignment event franchise, that helps local families sell their gently used children's items. I also manage the rental and enjoy being with my precious angel. I still love the Ocean and Marine Life, just as much though! The two of us live full-time on the other side of the duplex and are readily available to help make your vacation complete.

I grew up in Chicago, lived in South Carolina for 6 years while attending college, and San Diego, California, for another couple of years. None of these places felt like my forever home, so I saved up money and began travelling through most of the USA and the world for a year. It wasn't until I moved to the Sarasota area until I really felt "home" and felt that this was an area I could stay. I love being on the west coast of FL, where you can see the sunrise and set over the water in the same day and swim in the warm tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I feel so lucky to have such beautiful, warm water to explore and relax in and yet still be close to our family in the Continental US!

Sweeping Bay views from the main living area, and one block from the beach, make this an ideal spot to witness the beginning and end of each day! There is also nothing like seeing the full moon glistening over the bay waters!
