Water Front Sea Waves Cottage With Private Dock, Access To Bimini Bay

Welcome to Sea Waves, our newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private dock, and an unobstructed, natural view of Bimini Bay. Smart TV, WiFi, free access to Netflix, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with cooking essentials. Sea Waves cottage is located at the North End of Anna Maria Island, sailboat direct to Bimini Bay, walking distance to Pine Ave, City Pier, and popular restaurants. Our private oasis has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation at the serene North End of Anna Maria Island.

The private dock is a great way to experience the bay where wildlife is plentiful. You will be sure to see birds and fish, and even sometimes manatees and dolphins from our dock.

Or have a BBQ and enjoy a relaxing drink on the spacious deck, where there's an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to chill in nature, closer to wildlife. The BBQ is free to use.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large grill, and Duo Keurig for your coffee/tea needs. Enjoy dinner in the dining area or out on the deck. Don't want to cook? The home is walking distance away from multiple excellent restaurants (some right on the beach!).

Other things to note:
- You can park your boat at the private dock. Please note that the dock can't lift boats. Please let me know if you need to park your boat. There are four docks in the back. You can dock your boat on the left-hand side of the sailboat. (when you face the water) .
- The cottage is a two-unit building, and this one is the First floor (Ground floor) unit with a beautiful waterfront view.

Great Getaway

My spouse and in-laws had an amazing time. We boated out to the property from St Pete Beach for the weekend and was able to dock our boat and enjoy the island for the weekend. This is a wonderful getaway. Super quiet, waterfront view and friendly neighbors. I would book this place again for sure!

Spent 2 glorious weeks in Anna Maria. Loved the place we stayed and will stay again. Such a good location. Jenny and her team are really responsive and helpful. Much less construction noise this year. So nice to have a nice kitchen and outdoor space with grill that we can have some great meal at the house as well as dining out

Perfect place to relax, fish, an kick back.

The property was great, quiet, relaxing an the fishing was good. We hardly went anywhere just sat around on the deck watching high tide a low tide, having a few drinks an fishing. In the evening we played cards an barbecued. Only went out to eat once. Will definitely concerned this property for a future visit.

Nice place / ac issue

The place is nicely renovated. The only issue we had was the fact that we couldn’t control the ac thermostat. We stayed when the heat was plus 100 degrees. Contacted the owner and she adjusted the ac for us. (Remotely). Also the main master bedroom was 10-15 degree warmer than the whole place, other than that it was a nice stay. I personally would not book the unit again because of the ac.. we pay good money to stay and have no control of our own ac temp

Perfect little place on the water

Nothing fancy but was the perfect place for a weekend staycation on the water. The dock area was beautiful, the location was great for golf cart transportation and the property manager was responsive. We had an issue with the AC and it was resolved the same day. The only downside to the property is that getting into the canal by boat had some extremely shallow water (1.2ft) at low tide.

A HIDDEN GEM!

This property is the best location for anyone but for us having the boat in the water to just jump in and go fishing will bring us back!! Located in a quite neighborhood, but super close to beach, stores and restaurants! Hurricane Hanks was our spot daily for lunch, super good! Owner was great with communication! THANKS, Jenny!! We will be back!

Lovely home on the water

The view of the water was beautiful. Clean, comfortable, and easy check in/out process. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again! Next time though, I would definitely bring water, coffee and snacks with me- I forgot. I was glad to see there was a free trolley as well in this area because most places that were open after say 8 p.m. were like a 30 minute walk away. Overall, lovely place and we were very happy with it!

A Perfect Getaway on Anna Maria Island

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—peaceful, scenic, and set right on beautiful Bimini Bay. We were treated to daily visits from birds and even dolphins, which made mornings on the deck feel like a nature show. Inside, the home was immaculate—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I was so impressed with the kitchen that I ended up buying the same pans when I got home! Every detail felt thoughtful, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of care into making it a welcoming space. They were also incredibly responsive and kind, which made everything smooth and easy from start to finish.We rented kayaks and paddle boards from Beach Bums (highly recommend!) and spent hours exploring the calm waters. Whether we were paddling, relaxing, or just taking in the view, everything about this trip felt relaxing and rejuvenating. Two favourite restaurants were Waterfront and The Porch and our day wasn’t complete without a visit to Two Scoops. Couldn’t ask for a better holiday—already dreaming about coming back!

Short stay for family visit

A two-night stay to allow us continue our family visit of Florida. Water view was peaceful. Great spot for morning cup of coffee before the day begins. Parking availability was a plus. Was disappointed in the lack of simple amenities although we did get some. Bottles of hand soap were empty or close to being empty. Pumps in bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, body wash were empty. Check-in email did mention what we were going to get. Mattresses need to be replaced since we dipped into the bed and our heaviest person is ~145lbs. One of us opted to sleep in the sofa instead of bed. Overall, it was an ok stay but don’t know if it was worth it for us.

Enjoyable location but the house could've been better.

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria Island. The beaches are amazing and the residential areas are lovely. We enjoyed mornings and afternoons on the patio with great views of Bimini Bay. The outdoor shower was helpful to beat the heat and after beach days. However, there are a few things that need to be replaced/updated throughout the house. The matresses were very worn out and not comfortable at all for sleeping on. Especially the room next to the kitchen. The kitchen provided the necessities but it would've been nice to have napkins and garbage bags already there. The cabinet door for the glass cups felt like it was going to fall off when opened, which was quite dangerous. The umbrella that was provided was flimsy and not efficient for the beach. The location of the house is walkable to Anna Maria City Pier (and trolley stop) but it can be hard to do with the heat. We did end up renting a golf cart from ZoomAround to make the travel easier and faster. The free trolley or a golf cart (LSV) was so convenient and fun. Overall, the trip on the island was relaxing but the house could've been better. The owners were so communicative and let us check in ahead of time due to our extremely early flight to Florida. We really appreciated this!

Fla wedding/ vacation

Our daughter planned a destination wedding, washed the beach, she got the beach, the dock is what drew us to this property for our stay I enjoyed sitting out there every morning drinking coffee and watching the sun come up, the accommodation were great, we didn't want for anything upon our arrival
