This TOTALLY REMODELED UNIT is located on the 2nd floor end unit is a 2 minute walk to the inviting sands of the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island and one block west of the bay. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the Guest room, with sleeper sofa in the living room Enjoy a full kitchen and full bath, and washer/dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella is provided.


This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, or a nice weekly/weekend rental for the family Community pool with access just out your front door and free Wi-Fi is included. Easy access to free island trolley service, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the beach. NO PETS/NO SMOKING.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fees, Internet fees if not provided by Owner, sales/resort taxes and pet fees if applicable. Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.

Rates are based on a four (4) person occupancy. Any additional guests will be charged a $25.00 per person fee, per day.

Perfect sweet rental

Great place!

We had a really great time! Short walk to the beach and the pool was a great temp. The property managers were quick to answer. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

A short walk to the beach. This is a corner unit next to the pool. The inside is nice, small bathroom but worked fine for three of us staying there.

Very cute and quaint

This property had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and a block walk from the beach! We met other regulars at the community pool and everyone was very friendly! We loved it and definitely hope to return!

Wonderful Condo

The location of this property is perfect! A 2 minute walk to the beach. A short ride to Bridge Street and Gulf Drive Cafe! The Condo was Super Clean and perfect for our stay!! We will be back!

Blue water Getaway

The condo was awesome. Very clean, great location, and had everything g you would need. My sons favorite part was the pool, which was right beside us. Anna Maria is beautiful and I would definitely recommend the condo.

Great property walking distance to the beach. Child friendly with all essentials we needed for a week stay. Very clean! The pool was a great addition but could have been cleaned a little better by management. My family would stay here again!

Great place!

We stayed here for a month over the 2021 summer with three young kids and it was fantastic. Pool was always clean and 5 min walk to beach. Very well stocked, centrally located, easy to get ahold of management. Tons of beach stuff available and we didn’t have to buy anything, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Great location!

We had a lovely time at this rental, and it was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean and convenient to everything. Only thing I would suggest would be better mattresses and definitely better pillows. Also a full size coffee maker in the kitchen would have been nice. Overall great stay and would book again.

Thanksgiving Get Away

The property was as described. The location is awesome, only a 1.5 blocks to the beach. The couches were comfortable and the table was great for playing games. We would definitely return to stay here. If you are looking for a good restaurant for dinner, try The Bridge Street Bistro. If you sit outside, you can view a beautiful sunset. The food was excellent.

A Jewel on the beach...well, a few steps away

Being the third time we visited Anna Maria for the new year, this time we found a very nice and well-decorated apartment to stay. Everything you need to spend great days just a few steps from the beach. The only detail is that the company in charge must solve "who answers" their emergency number (an event at our arrived that was happily resolved for Mrs. Lisa/Agent)

Just as pictured

The unit is exactly as it is in the picture. Every detail is thought out from matching dishes, towels, wall groupings, etc. It is just like you would decorate your own beach house. Property managers were very informative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Anna Maria Island

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect- a very very short walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. The property was very nice. Only a few minor things we noted- with the property being on the second floor corner, my husband was exhausted after carrying all of our luggage up and down the stairs; the coffee maker was small but functioning; and the shower mat didn’t work/stick which was a challenge for showering a 3 year old. Minor things. The booking process and check in/out was extremely easy and seem less. Overall we loved our time at Anna Maria- looking forward to coming back!

I thought the pool was said it was heated

Over all it was nice room beds were to hard & to much decoration didn’t have room put my stuff on dresser or end tables. Very cheap toilet paper.

We try not to over decorate and as I look at the photos, I only see table lamps, coasters, a turtle, candle and alarm clock. If these items bothered you we could have removed them during your stay or put them in the closet. We do supply two rolls of toilet paper for guest arrival. I apologize if it was not up to your comfort. We will try to do better.

Everything was great, it does need instructions for the TVs. We had problems with the bedroom ones. Also it would be helpful to have more toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels.

That being said, we will look into putting instructions in the unit for future guests, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels: It is standard that we provide enough for each guest to start out with their reservation (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 large garbage bags, 1 sponge, and 2 dishwasher pods). We truly thought this would be enough for a 4-night stay. Due to how many multi-week reservations we have during the season, the cleaners cannot provide hotel-style service in relation to these items.
