Enjoy a peaceful stay at this adorable 2-bedroom barn in Mohave Valley. Boaters/RVs Dream with a 1200 sq ft garage with pull through doors with the added convenience of pulling right through the shop. You will have enough room for all your water toys and only 2 minutes from Needles Marina for easy boat docking. Or slip rental option . Two charming bedrooms feature 2 queen beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. With AC, a washing machine and dryer , a hair dryer, WiFi, smart TVs and heating, all your needs are taken care of. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, soap and shampoo for added convenience. Plus, there's an additional living room with a cozy sofa bed. Rainsoft System for softer water. Also features a reverse osmosis system for great tasting purified water with an alkaline option. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. In order to accommodate our guests with pet allergies , We are a strict no pet zone on our property. Please respect this rule to avoid a $1000 deep cleaning fee.
