The house also features an upstairs loft/living room with a single sofa bed, providing additional space for guests. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, A/C & heating, full size washer and dryer during your stay. With 2.5 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to freshen up. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing, our house is the ideal home away from home. All bedrooms are upstairs. Our kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, disposal, toaster, coffee maker, selection of spices and cooking tools. Within the neighborhood are exercise park and play facilities for children. We have added a Pack N Play (and sheets) and convertible high chair for your littles. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Our story is similar to many: Bought a house for myself, met a girl, fell in love, and moved in with her. :-) So, we can offer you this lovely, furnished home for your vacation. We love living in Indianapolis and consider it home. We have a home in the Broad Ripple area, which we highly recommend you explore. We are just a message away if you have a question or concern. When we don't have guests, we are updating the property and looking for ways to make it better for our guests. It is possible during your stay our lawn care team will stop by, they operate on their own schedule, so forgive the interruption, but they will be quick!

Welcome to Indianapolis! My fiancée and I enjoy traveling and new experiences! Our home is modest, but we love it and are continually working to update it and add amenities for our guests. We live in Indianapolis, in the Broad RIpple area, so we are close when needed. We know there are a lot of options for you to stay, and we look forward to hosting you!
What makes this property unique
Two story house in a family friendly sub division. Extremely quiet neighborhood with playground and biking & walking paths. The 3 bedrooms include: King Master, Double Second bedroom, Twin & Double Bunk third bedroom. There is also a twin pull out sofa in the upstairs loft area. We are equipped with two 65” smart TV's, one up stairs and one downstairs. Strong WiFi reaching all rooms. Our home is fully furnished, including multiple couches, dining table that seats 6-8 (w/extra folding chairs available), full size washer and dryer, microwave, small coffee maker (and coffee!) outdoor seating, fireplace, jacuzzi tub. We have added a Pack N Play and Convertible high chair (see photos) - please note, we do not control the colors that are available for these items! Sheets for the Pack N Play are provided as well. Our kitchen is well equipped with many of the small kitchen appliances needed and most everything else to cook meals. You will have full access to all 3 bedrooms, our 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room, back yard and patio, fireplace and use of 2 large screen smart TV's. Garage access is not included.
