This was a great place to stay! There was plenty of room for the family to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an easy drive to downtown Indianapolis!

The host Reginais amazing. The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There were wet towels in the dryer, left over food in air fryer. Bathrooms were not cleaned well. Porch and porch furniture were very dirty. The dishwasher is VERY old and we cleaned it but didn’t help much. My guess is that Regina depends on someone to clean and they are not doing a very good job.

Property was in good condition and was a good value for the money. There appeared to be some renovations still in progress, including various supplies stored in the garage that made it unusable. Pretty easy commute in to Indianapolis.

Quiet Family Getaway

Property was excellently located for transiting into Indianapolis for a sporting event at IU. Local amenities were good and the house located in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was proactive in checking everything was okay during stay and reactive when minor issues occurred. Ideal house if you're looking for a quiet relaxing stay.

Beyond perfect. This property is exceptionally maintained and has all the amenities that you would need for your stay. The owners communication was exceptional and thorough. We were in town for the NASCAR race and this property was centrally located to the track and activities around the Indianapolis area. We already have our calendars marked to stay next time.

Felt like home

This is a very nice abode. It's easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The entry was easy and Regina made sure we had everything needed once we were settled in. I really appreciated having cookware, glassware, and clutlery of good quality. The game table was a big hit with our grandchildren. Don't hesitate to book this one.

Pleasant stay

Quiet neighborhood. House was updated and everything worked well.Shortcomings were related to maintenance. Patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. There was some mold in both showers. Showerhead in one of the bathrooms seemed clogged. However, the rest of the house was just fine. In sum, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic Stay !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Brownsburg, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The property itself was home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy access to highways and if you are coming in for the race, it would be an easy commute. Our host was fantastic. They were very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Regina checked in when we arrived, during the week and right before we left to make sure our expectations were met. This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at. I highly recommend VRBO
