We had a great stay at this property. The instructions were clear and easy to follow from start to finish. The house was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. The location was perfect—close to stores with easy access to the highway, which made getting around simple. Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

We came into town for Gen Con, and we were so glad to have a “home” to come back to at the end of our long days at the convention. The house was impeccably clean with more than enough towels/dishes for all four of us. Our only issue was the smoke detector needing a battery change but the hot was super communicative and apologetic. The house had everything we needed and I greatly enjoyed the faux house plants in every room, making the house feel homier. Easy/manageable check-in/check-out instructions, and several delicious food opens & grocery stores nearby. One of the neighbors does have a rooster and I can see how this may bother some people, but it was a wonderful morning experience for me.

Great Stay

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Jessica was quick to respond and accommodated our early check in request. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and my family really enjoyed the game room. I would certainly stay here again!

The whole house absolutely exceeded our expectations! The LVP throughout was perfect for the dogs and the complete renovations of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were exquisite! The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on! Entertainment areas (plural) were ideal for separating children from adults. We can't wait to stay here again because the location was perfect as well! 10 Star Host Jessica is our newest Best Friend and Her House will always be our Go To Property in Indianapolis!

Brownsburg House

Stayed here with my wife and kids, Jessica met us and showed us all around and made sure there was no leaks after her recent repair. Driveway and sidewalks were plowed and salt put down before we arrived.

The house has a very unique layout. There are 2 front doors and separate "entertaining" areas which is especially great if you have a full house . There is a little game area which can be used as a kid area or for adult who wishes to have a quiet area or watch TV or play games. I think it would be great for couple or a family that need a little space for different activities. There is a huge TV in the main living room area when you walk into the front door. The kitchen is fine but I would've want to cook a big meal there bc there isnt much counter soacrr

Property was okay! However , you can tell they are still remodeling and for the price it should’ve been a slightly cheaper . Everyone was comfortable and the owner accommodated my 3 dogs instead of the rule of 2. Good location on where my family and I needed to be. . TVs are a little dated so we didn’t watch it . Other than that it’s in development but it’s stayable .

Washing machine and dryer not working, front door difficult to open, outdoor deck rotted and holes , shower backs up in 1/2 bathroom ,front walk muddy from recent sewer repairs told not to track mud in to house , but no mop available, difficult to contact host

You were made aware the washer was not working before your arrival and I asked in 3 separate messages if you were planning on using it so i could have someone out there to fix it, otherwise I would wait until after you checked out. (It is now fixed) You were unresponsive to every message I sent on the app, and to my calls and text. The front door didnt open because you were entering the wrong code. You refused to let the plumber in when I immediately sent him when the shower was backing up. There was a repair to the sewer line so they did have to dig up the front garden. But you did used the mop that is there.
