We have been coming back to Firefly for years. And it's always perfect. The staff at M&F are responsive to any needs that arise and we couldn't be happier with our time on the lake and in the area.

Favorite Place to Stay in The Lakes Region
This is by far our favorite home to stay at and on our favorite lake! Stunning sunsets directly across from the home. Perfect walk out beach for children. Kayaks and life vest available. It is always clean and has the perfect sleeping accommodations for multiple people. We will be back!

Great Camp
We love coming to Camp Firefly - we have been twice now and each time the home has been very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the staff at Morton and Furbish tops! The porch is screened in with newer indoor/outdoor carpeting and is a great place to relax. Note: I would suggest a picnic table or some type of table on the porch for eating or a place to do a puzzle or place your drinks, etc. As it is, there are 2 comfy rockers and 4 plastic stacking chairs that are not comfy. We used our own camping chairs but there was still no place to rest anything. The water is a gradual walk in so it is perfect for any age as well as launching kayaks, canoes, floats, etc. We all enjoy the sandy beach and we hung hammocks around for great relaxing. The downstairs bathroom is clean but outdated and as such no one fits into the shower accept little ones. But the upstairs bath is modern and very good size. The laundry and laundry line are great to have, especially with the thunderstorms that come thru and thus the towels can not dry! The kitchen has all the dishes you need and plenty of cookware. Our other suggestion would strongly be to have a table that fits the number of people the house sleeps. Right now there is a table and 4 chairs - too small to have 7 of us eat together which I hope changes in the future. But, not nearly enough of a gripe to keep us away! The kayaks on the property are 2 ride-on kayaks, so we rented a bunch of ride-in ones from Rivers Edge Sports who kindly delivered them and picked them up free of charge. It is a very private place with quiet neighbors and we truly love sitting by the water in the evenings with a fire in the firepit. We look forward to returning. It is a great camp!

This is our first stay at Camp Firefly but it will not be our last.
We enjoy vacationing in this area every summer during July and usually a few weeks during the winter. Sara, who works at Morton & Furbish, has been finding and recommending places for our family to rent. Not only does she do a great job in finding us great places available in this area, but she is the nicest person to work with. This summer, Sara found Camp Firefly for us to stay. As usual, Sara was right. We love it! The camp has all the amenities we need and the beach and grounds are beautiful. Although this is our first stay at Camp Firefly, it will not be our last.

Firefly
This was our 4th year at Firefly and as always we were thrilled, with the house, the location, and the service from Sara and Melinda and the rest of the staff at M&F. The washing machine issue was a little difficult but the folks at M&F accommodated us beautifully and helped overcome that hurdle. We shall return

Firefly is Fantastic
This was our third year at the house and it continues to be everything we could need or want. As always the staff at M&F were responsive to all of our questions. My wife and I shall continue to return each year as long as its available. Thanks again for helping make the Maine getaway the two weeks I dream about all year.

Camp Firefly
We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and easily accommodated 7-8 people. The screened porch, fire pit and plenty of Aiderondack chairs were great too. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer. We loved seeing the gorgeous sunsets and hearing the loons at night! We have been coming to Mooselookmeguntic for 28 years and this was the nicest place we've stayed in.

Second time for us
This cottage is so beautifully decorated and tucked in so privacy is fantastic. Very well kept and clean. The yard is large so kids can play while other read and relax. We were happy that the porch was screened in this year!
The water was very low this year and it is a long rocky walk to get out deep enough to swim, bring water shoes for the rocks.
The only draw back was the main couch is very soft and uncomfortable.
I highly recommend this lovely cottage and will definitely book it again.

This is our second time
This is our second time in Fire fly. We love the cottage and it's décor. I love that the porch was screened in!
Just a couple of things. The water is very low at that part of the lake and it is quite a walk into the water to get wet. I know you can't do anything about nature but going forward I may look for easier access. Secondly the green couch is very uncomfortable , your practically on the floor it is so soft. The brown one has good structure and it very comfortable.
This did not stop us from having a wonderful time, we had a wonderful time !!!
Thanks,
Teri

A little bit of heaven on the shore of Mooselookmaguntic.
My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Camp Firefly. The cabin had everything we could ask for including a beautiful spacious new screen porch, a big open yard with gorgeous expansive views of the lake, and a comfortable eat in kitchen and cozy living space. We cooked dinner each night on the gas grill and brought it down to the waters edge as we sat in the Adirondack chairs while the sunset across the lake, behind the mountains. It was a new painting each night and the sound of the loons serenaded us to sleep from the upstairs bedroom skylights. The beautiful new upstairs master bathroom was a wonderful addition. We spent our days kayaking, hiking, swimming and I painted the spectacular lake and mountains. This is our second year at Firefly and we can't wait to return next summer. Thank you for sharing this little bit of heaven.
