The property was on the river. Loved listening to the river and the very short walk to downtown. Everything was very nice, clean with several close by restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy walk to town. Love the special touches…Fresh cookies, snacks, quiche, wine. The host went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back next year!
Our stay exceeded all expectations! The hosts are incredibly sweet and brought a breakfast basket that was unexpected and wonderful. We had an amazing 9 night stay! Perfect space for a friend or family group. The location is perfect. It is very accessible walking to everything. We would love to stay again.
We were so impressed by the extra effort Kelsey and Logan put into making our stay so enjoyable. They went above and beyond to provide the best hospitality. I would highly recommend a stay at this very cute victorian style home within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants in town. We give it a 5 out of 5!
Wonderful location - less than 5 minutes to walk into downtown Nevada City (right around the corner from the National Hotel). The lodging had everything we needed and we truly appreciate the small amenities, such as a welcoming bottle of wine, homemade cookies, and tootbrushes (particularly helpful since I didn't pack one!). As noted in the info, the parking is right up the street and never presented a difficulty for us and we loved having the rushing water right out the door - put me right to sleep. We travel often to Nevada City/Grass Valley and will certainly look to stay here again.
Special property! Great location to be able to walk to town as well as feel like you are away as it’s tucked behind the river. Lots of cute nooks outside . Kelsey was very responsive and accommodating. She curated things very thoughtfully and personalized a welcome basket!
