Historic Boatbuilder's House. 4 bedroom house on St. Aug. Beach. 1/4 of mile south St. Johns County Pier and the southern tip of Anastasia State Park. Close to Amp. NO streets to cross and NO cars on this stretch of beach. 1 house from ocean. Great Views. 1 king, 2 queens and 2 full beds sleep 10, even without using airbed. Chairs/tent/beach toys/games/books/grill. Kitchen ready to cook, iron, bath supplies. Walking distance to food, bars, shops, and music. Close to Historic Downtown. Chill, cool vintage beach house!

Enjoy amenities, including ready-to-cook kitchen, W/D, desk, two really good HVAC units, WiFi, Weber coal grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, and beach toys.

Have your coffee on the front deck overlooking the ocean and walk to local restaurants, bars, ice cream and gelato shops!

Just a short Uber drive to downtown St. Augustine and an even shorter one to national and international music venue, the St. Augustine Amp!

Fall in love with St. Augustine and enjoy the magic it has to offer!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
“Stripping the beds” only includes top sheet and flat sheet not mattress covers as they are changed on rotation by housekeeping.
Make sure dirty towels are free from sand and take the dirty towels and sheets, and start one load. Do not overdo. Leave the other dirty ones on top of the washing machine.
Please put the AC thermostats on Auto 73. There’s a thermostat on first floor and one on the second floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am a second generation descendant of the Boatman, who immigrated to the U.S. from the Greek island of Symi at the turn of the century. Symi was known for centuries for its boat building excellence and the Boatman was the first shrimp boat builder in St. Augustine’s history. As a long time local, I’m happy to offer tips on where to go and what to do!
