Great rental property! We enjoyed our stay. Loved the deck and hot tub. The house was also very well stocked, which is so appreciated. Would highly recommend.
Our family has always wanted to stay in a cabin and Kevin’s was a home run. The woodwork, vaulted ceiling and view from the loft were just what we wanted. We had a lot of rain while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub and patio. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Cell service is marginal if that is a concern but WiFi was good. Overall a great stay.
We enjoyed are stay , cottage is clean and we enjoyed the wildlife that can be easily viewed from the property. Close to local parks and interest , would book a stay again .
Such a cool cabin! We saw turkeys, jackrabbits and lots of deer. Very secluded Our host was great. We had a minor issue and the caretaker was there within 15 minutes. The cabin was spacious and easily accommodated seven people. The cabinets were well stocked. Love the way all the cabinet doors and drawers were labeled. Would definitely recommend staying here
Property is located outside of Durango but we went to Mesa Verde as well so it was in-between. Fun family friendly things to do in the yard. Enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful place . The beds were super comfy. Michelle or (Kevin) thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The hot tub was so nice. Thank you Kevin ( and Michelle) for your great hospitality. A sure gem
The house was super clean, beautiful and a ton of wild life! Mule deer, turkeys etc. the Host was amazing & always responded extremely quickly! The Hot tub was a perfect touch to a Fantatic Vacation! 5 stars all the way around !!
We stayed here because of a wedding that was at a ranch about 10 minutes away. This is a great space. Everything was as described, the cabin was clean, the hot tub and sauna are a great touch, the kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking utensils and cookware you might need. There is plenty of room to spread out. The pond is a short walk and if we had one more day we would have taken a picnic lunch down to the pond. I highly recommend.
We really enjoyed your beautiful cabin for our family vacation. It was extremely clean and tidy. It offers everything you could ask for. Being out of town is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this cabin to everyone I know. It was the perfect location for all of our activities.
The place was inviting and roomy enough for everyone to enjoy their own space. The kids found games to play, a pond to fish in and walked all over the property. Since there was no snow it was great to have all these fun distractions. We cooked and grilled so we had plenty to eat. The kitchen had enough utensils pots and pans to accommodate us. At night the stars are incredibly bright. Enjoy!
We loved how secluded you feel even though there are neighbors. The sky was open and clear for stargazing. The open patio was perfect to enjoy a bite to eat outside. The entire property was beautiful inside and out. The house was clean and had what we needed. There is plenty of.room for a family. My service pup is always working but he enjoyed the vacation as well, he loved exploring the property and protecting us from the turkeys outside.
We loved this huge cabin for our family's winter trip. We enjoyed sunsets on the deck, deer sightings, the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, grill, wood stove, pond, it was perfect for 10 of us. The kids ask if we can return each winter. The only downside is the top level having no wall to separate the master bedroom.

We are so happy to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay! We do have future plans to completely separate the master bedroom from the rest of the loft:-)
