Very clean beautiful condo! Host was quick to respond when we had questions. We stayed at one of the busiest times of the year and there was hardly any wait time for elevators and always found parking. Would definitely recommend this unit!

We have rented through VRBO before, but this was our best booking experience! The host responded quickly to every message we sent him! Our unit was spotless, our view perfect, and beach was not over crowded. The bedding was perfect for our needs. Great selection of games in our unit, plenty of towels, and great seating options on balcony. The pool and deck areas were very clean. Great location with minimal traffic. Very quiet property even though it consisted mainly of families with young children. Plenty of new friends for my grandchildren. We will book there again!

Loved the condo! We had an excellent view and were able to observe the dolphins jumping out of the water and swimming. The balcony is a little small. There is an elevator and the beach is right out the back door. The building and grounds were clean and well maintained. The attendants had the beech chairs and umbrellas sett up early. Great stay!

Condo was well maintained/ decorated. Views of the gulf were unobstructed and beautiful. Location was great for everything we need. Great food in the area and easy access to it all. We didn’t need kitchen supplies so not sure of what they had/didnt. We stay in this area multiple times a year and this has been one of the best condos we have stayed in. Only complaint was the water temp wouldn’t get very hot and stay hot for long.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the condo being on 6th floor. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from our patio every day. The condo was very nice. The host, J&M Coastal Rentals were very helpful. They want to make sure your stay is wonderful. We all had a great time!!

This is a beautiful unit. Location and view is amazing. They have some thoughtful touches like toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. They also included some nice extras for kids that might keep you from having to run to the surf shop. They were also super responsive which I love. No regrets

Amazing balcony, beautiful beach access

Our family loved this place! Being right on the beach is our favorite thing, and with free beach chair/umbrella setup from 7:30am-5 every day it’s a great value. And at night the balcony was the perfect place to unwind. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully updated. We were very glad to have a fitness center and tennis court on site as well. We always love the peaceful atmosphere of Okaloosa Island and Island Echos in the most undated property we’ve stayed at. We’ll be back!
