Perfect amount and type of space for 4 couples to gather to make some meals and enjoy them together (the kitchen was perfect for this!), relax, enjoy the game room, go for walks, and just be. Easy walk to downtown was great! The hot tub was very clean and was a great way to relax following fun days spent golfing, hiking, and enjoying some nice walks sprinkled with a little shopping. We want to go back during ski season; this is a perfect place for families and friends while taking in the Whites!

We had a great time at this property for two days while visiting the North Conway area. There was actually more space than we realized with two bedrooms having a queen plus a set of bunkbeds. That worked out great for our group who had a couple of small children and this allowed everyone to "room in". They also had all of the things we needed, from cooking utensils to a pack and play and high chair. The location was ideal - just a few blocks away from Main Street and less than 15 minutes to Storyland, which was the reason for our visit. We loved having the hot tub, large deck with grill and the game room.A couple of things to keep in mind that we weren't aware of - there is only parking for 3 vehicles and we were a group of 4 families. It ended up not being an issue for us because it was fall and there was no snow to contend with so we could squeeze all of our vehicles in but I would imagine snowbanks would make it tight in the winter. Also, this is actually a duplex so the mirror image of the property is attached via a deck that is separated with a wall and the firepit was shared. This also wasn't a big deal for us because the folks staying next door were super friendly and we enjoyed them but I could see it possibly being an issue for others. It's an absolutely ideal location for large groups if you wanted to rent both sides. We would definitely return in the future. Also - the icemaker in the fridge is broken so be sure to bring some!

Thank you so much! I appreciate the revuew. No, I'm sorry we do not provide ice. We've had too many issues trying to fix that. And it seems to break quite a bit. It was awesome having you and I look forward to your return FYI. It is stated that this is a 3 car maximum driveway on the listing, but there is public parking down the road.If needed. Kerri

The size and location of the home was great for a couple of families - close to downtown and Cranmore resort. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious with 2 bedrooms on 1st floor and 2 on lower level. There was an issue with the heat and hot water but the host was very responsive and had someone out the next day to look at it. The game room was great having a separate space but was a bit colder likely due to being in a converted garage.

Kerri was great to work with, always quick to respond and very helpful. The house was the perfect size for our group of 12. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable, something you don’t always get with a rental. We loved the deck and made great use of it. While I didn’t go in the hot tub, several others did and had a great time. Our only complaint was the AC didn’t work. My son in law is an HVAC supervisor so we know the unit was turned on correctly and Kerri did attempt to help us but it never worked. Other than that, the property was perfect for all of us. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown. Because it was peak season, the traffic was insane but Kerri gave us a route to take that avoided most of the traffic.

Thank you so much Donna. Unfortunately you’re right the AC did something weird and weekends are tough to get anyone out to work. I am so happy to say the AC is working fine. The thermostats weren’t working. I so appreciate this wonderful review and it was a pleasure working with you. Kerri
