One bedroom oceanfront condo on the third floor. Sleeps four comfortably. Private balcony with ocean views and two rocking chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with updated counter tops and custom cabinetry. TV available in living room and bedroom. Laminate flooring throughout living area with carpet in the bedroom! Access to beach/fishing pier/community pool/complex laundry facilities. Sea Cabin Community Wireless Internet available at no charge. 490 square feet. Linens included. This is a non- smoking unit. No Pets.

Not Happy
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where to start...this condo needs a complete overhaul. The bed, couch and recliner are in very bad condition. The bed feels like giant bean bag, I know we are in the low country but the recliner and couch don't need to be. When you sit on the couch you sink and its an experience trying to get off it. The recliner in broken. The floor gives and has different patched together floor panels. Also, it's 2024, is this the only unit that doesn't have a keurig? We have rented condo's numerous times with island reality and all other rentals are fantastic. Condo 317A needs some care to be worth the rental cost.

Very Disappointed
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation Rental is an older place that has been dressed up but you have to climb 45 steps to get the apartment which stinks!!!! The view of the ocean is gorgeous but the we had to cut our vacation short due to unforeseen circumstances and have yet to hear back from the realty company that manages this property. Very disappointed in the whole vaca!!!
