Sea Breeze's is an elegant 2-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat in the charming village of Tremont, just minutes from Acadia National Park and 3 miles to the center of Southwest Harbor. The home features an open concept living kitchen area with cozy wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, and a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin beds, full bath and seating area. The downstairs primary suite offers a king bed and luxurious walk-in dual head glass shower. A front deck off the living room provides outdoor dining seating, perfect for waterfront meals or sunrise coffee. Outside, enjoy beautifully landscaped grounds with Adirondack chairs, a hammock, shared waterfront dock access, kayaks and rowboat and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Sea Breeze's is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the quiet side of Mount Desert Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (even with the rain from the nor’easter)! Location couldn’t have been better. Quiet and peaceful, next door to Southwest Harbor (which was our favorite stop) and close to Acadia & Bar Harbor. The home was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Great to have 3 full baths and a washer & dryer. The dock with the kayaks was a bonus. We enjoyed the gulls, crows, and ducks and even spied a red fox in the morning.

Loved the cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Woke up to a lovely sunrise each morning. Large, well stocked kitchen. Only missing a lobster pot. The grounds are beautiful. Great little town nearby and some nice lobster restaurants like thurston’s and Archie’s. Charlotte’s lobster rolls are right up there with the best. Kayaking was convenient and pleasant. Acadia not far away. Lots of trails nearby and I love Echo Lake and I love the quiet area of Bass Harbor and I love Anne’s Corrages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at Sea Breezes. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. We picked the cottage based on the waterfront location with kayaks, and our 2 teenage kids (and me) used them multiple times during our stay. Usage depends on the tide schedule, which worked in our favor. Our kids brought boots to explore during low tide as well, looking for crabs and other sea life. Bar Harbor and hiking trails like the Beehive are about a half hour away, but there are other parts of Acadia that are only a few minutes drive. The cottage’s AC and heating were excellent; our kids had their own space upstairs with their own full bath. On a clear night, turn off all the lights and see the Milky Way from the deck! We could have easily stayed another week — thank you for a great vacation!

Sea Breezes was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the fabulous sunrises & evening cocktails on the deck, beautifully landscaped grounds, & the comfortable & well furnished accommodations. It was very quiet & peaceful, we especially enjoyed seeing the tide come in/out, and hearing loons, geese, & gulls.

We loved our time at Sea Breezes and were not ready to come home! Such a quiet peaceful setting with easy access to Acadia. We had the best time exploring during the day and then enjoying the stunning views in the evening. Highly recommend!

Lovely house with gorgeous views. It is located on the quieter side of the island which we definitely appreciated while still being close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house was clean and the availability of kayaks was a nice bonus.

Oh my goodness! Waking up to sunshine and incredible views made our stay absolutely perfect. We enjoyed getting out on the peaceful harbor with the kayak and rowboat. We are so thankful for this beautiful cottage on the Quiet side of the island. The cottage was just wonderful, clean, great location, and the grounds were amazing. Thank you!

This is a wonderful area and property. We felt very safe. The pantry was well stocked as well as the lovely dishes available. The view was amazing. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The only thing is if it is put up for sale I could easily live there. Thank you

Very Nuce Property

Everything about this property was wonderful, cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, nice deck overlooking the bay. It’s mostly private, you do share a dock and kayaks with at least one other cottage. Bass Harbor is our favorite part of MDI, quiet with three of our favorite restaurants, great hiking trails, easy to get to other parts of the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Mount Desert Island Home

Our family of four, with two teens, just stayed here for a week. The home and property were exactly as described, and Stacy was communicative and responsive throughout the process. The location of the home—on the “quiet side” of MDI—was perfect. A short drive to Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, and other area attractions, but nestled on the waterfront in a quiet setting. The kayaks and rowboat were an added bonus for adventuring during high tide. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful waterfront property near Acadia!

Property was absolutely beautiful! We loved that we could enjoy dinner out on the deck and my kids loved exploring the garden. The view was lovely and the house/property had everything we needed. Spacious for our family of 4. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. About a 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia, which was perfect since it was much more peaceful on this side of the island. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Enjoy the view

Property was the actual highlight of our trip. Acadia was beautiful, lobster plentiful, but this proprty was jaw dropping. Clean, well-appointed, and the best views in Bar Harbor. Woke up every morning to peace amd nature-filled views and excitement.
