About this property
Spacious Historic 3-Bedroom Apt on Quiet Tree-Lined Street Near Peace Bridge
Our place is best for six (two people per bedroom), but an additional two can fit in the living spaces where there are two single beds (twin pull our sofa and a queen day bed). We also have a portable crib available. Please keep in mind there is only one bathroom. This is a great place for families and two couples traveling together.
This is a first-floor apartment on a historic tree-lined street on Buffalo's West Side- near the Peace Bridge. We are within walking distance of Front Park and two playgrounds our kids love! We are also within walking distance of dining options on Connecticut Street and a little farther of a walk (20 min) to the super cute Five-Points neighborhood.
-20 min to Niagara Falls -20 min to the brand new Bills' Highmark Stadium -5 min to Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood -8 min to Buffalo's Elmwood Village -15 min to Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House -25 min to Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff
There is PLENTY of space to spread out in this apartment, which not only has three bedrooms, but two living areas, a separate dining room, kitchen, and separate laundry room.
Living room is equipped with a smart TV. Please note that there are not TVs in the bedrooms. While there is not central air, there are two new window units: one in the main bedroom, and a larger one in the second living space (which connects to a second bedroom). We also provide fans.
The bathroom has been newly-renovated with the intention of keeping the charm of the historic. We swapped the tub for a walk-in shower. You'll find all your toiletry essentials here.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal! There is also a large air fryer/toaster over, microwave, Keurig, and electric kettle.
Games, books, and toys will ensure the little ones feel at home too. We also have a pack n play, potty, baby bath, stroller, and portable high chair seat available.
- The main bedroom has a king bed - Second bedroom has a queen bed - Third bedroom also has a queen bed - Twin sofa bed in the living room - Twin daybed in second living area - Finally, we have a queen air mattress that can be set up next to the daybed if you truly need it. Original pocket doors allow for privacy when people are sleeping in living spaces.
Ample parking is available for free on the street (not like New York City parking, it's easy to find a spot right in front).
We work in the tourism industry and love our city! If you need it, we are full of advice and suggestions on how to fill your days!
Whether you are in town for just a weekend, or an entire month, our place is perfect for those who want to experience an eclectic and stylish apartment while enjoying all that Buffalo has to offer.

This place was so perfect for a long weekend for 6 women. The location was convenient to all kinds of adventure - hiking, Niagra Falls, Canada visit, museums, downtown Buffalo, Frank Lloyd Wright house - all seemed to be within a 10 minutes easy drive! The house was perfect for our group - plenty of room to spread out, large dining room table for meals, and fabulous living room to talk the night away! The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. All in all - a great place - highly recommend! It was such a gem!
Lovely property, nice neighborhood, and hosts were helpful, friendly & communicative hosts without being in any way intrusive. Great location for a downtown event, easy and short commute by car. Accommodations were comfortable, spacious, perfect for our group - there was everything we wanted / needed for our short stay. Would absolutely book again!

beautiful victorian style home, friendly, helpful, available ,close to peace bridge, we had a very nice stay, would stay there again
The location was good, with easy access. Parking was no problem. The lighting was less than optimal. A couple of floor lamps in the front room would help a lot. The kitchen was good, with pleny of sharp knives, cooking pots, pans, etc. Very well lit kitchen, which means a lot to me. The two window airconditioners barely kept up with the unseasonabbly hot days.

Thanks so much for staying with us and for the honest feedback!
We're glad the location, parking, and kitchen worked out well. Thank you for the feedback on the lighting -we'll be sure to add a couple of floor lamps.
As for the AC, you visited during an uncommonly hot stretch, which didn't help. The house is historic with radiant heat, so central air isn't an option, but we're always looking at ways to improve cooling for warmer stays.
Thanks again, and we hope to host you again!
Plenty of room, immaculate, beautifully decorated and furnished to reflect the history of the house and the neighborhood. The owner is extremely accommodating and responsive. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Buffalo.
Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Six friends travelled down from Canada for a Bills game, and we were lucky enough to get this spot. Tons of space throughout, very simple check in/check out, and extremely responsive and helpful hosts when we had any questions. Would recommend to anyone.
The space was very very big overall and instructions not too intense - quite straightforward. Hosts are lovely and really accommodating - super responsive as well! All around great stay - especially if you have kids!

About the host
Hosted by Anna Kaplan
We're born and raised in Buffalo, and this is our town. We live upstairs, work in tourism, and love sharing our favorite local spots with guests and helping them feel at home.
Why they chose this property
It's a walkable, friendly neighborhood with a lot of character, and we love sharing it with our guests.
Our street is quiet, historic, and lined with mature trees, and it feels residential and peaceful even though you're minutes from downtown. You can walk to Front Park, one of Buffalo's Olmsted-designed parks, with views toward the Peace Bridge and the water. Two playgrounds nearby are favorites with our kids, and Connecticut Street has a handful of spots to eat within walking distance.
The Five Points neighborhood is minutes away (by car) for coffee, baked goods, wine, and more, or hop in the car and be at Allentown or Elmwood Village in minutes. Niagara Falls is about 20 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
Space and character are what set us apart. You get an entire first floor apartment: three bedrooms, two separate living areas, a dining room, a full kitchen, PLUS a laundry room.
It's also a historic home with thoughtful updates. We kept the charm of the original details. The house is set on a quiet, tree-lined residential street near the Peace Bridge, within walking distance of Front Park, two playgrounds, and Connecticut Street restaurants. Free, easy street parking is right out front.
Families are well looked after, with games, books, and toys, plus a pack n play, baby bath, potty, stroller, and portable high chair seat.
Finally, the hospitality is personal. We live upstairs and work in the tourism industry, so we're full of local tips. We're reachable by phone at any hour.
We also avoid synthetic fragrances, using unscented detergent and high-quality essential oils, which guests with sensitivities often appreciate.
