This home was completely renovated with designer high-end kitchen, gleaming hardwood floors, custom fireplace, and every modern amenity. 1st floor Primary bedroom with king bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Lower level offers a den with sofa bed and 3 more bedrooms. 2 with Queens and 1 with 2 twins. Magnificent landscaping with specimen trees, plants and rock walls. Your own private steps to the sandy shoreline of Town Cove's water. Perfect for paddle boarding, and kayaking. Air conditioning throughout. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Gas outdoor fire pit with seating area on lower patio to finish off the evening.
**Blankets and Pillows are provided, but you will need to bring or rent sheets and towels**

Wonderful place

We had a great visit. If anything, the pictures on VRBO don't do justice to how nice the location and views are, from almost every room. Furnishings and art work are tasteful. Plenty of space. Highly recommend.

GANS SUMMER VACATION

Great house and location. Thought the dock went all the way to the water but no big deal. Great place just one minor issue. The AC T/stat was locked and with the afternoon sun it got hot in the house from 4:00-8:00pm. We are probably return guests schedule permitting.
