No geral, ficamos satisfeitos com o imóvel.

A localização é excelente, em um dos melhores pontos da praia da Enseada. O apto é bom, bem seguro. Os quartos são aconchegantes, mas dois banheiros são bem apertados. Os portões das garagens pra entrar 2 camionetes tbm foi difícil, são bem estreitos. Tive problema com um dos ar condicionados. O prédio tem dois lances de escada para chegar no apto e mais um interno para acesso da cobertura onde se localiza a área de lazer e mais três quartos e salas. Pra minha família não foi problema, mas se tratando de um idoso ou alguém com deficiência física seria bem difícil o acesso. A senhora que faz a limpeza e fica responsável pelo apto é super atenciosa, tudo que precisei fui bem atendida. O senhor Sérgio José, o proprietário do imóvel tbm me atendeu sempre que solicitei. Uma pessoa atenciosa e educada. Ficamos satisfeitos.

não é o que esperava

o ap é bem inferior ao que esperava, e pelo preço pago. Os utensilio são velhos, o ap não estava limpo como deveria e esta mal conservado, tanto as tvs quanto o ar ficou muito a desejar. O proprietário´é simpático e atencioso, mas o ap não corresponde.
