Our family spent a short weekend recently when it was -10 degrees in the morning and snow was arriving Sunday morning, which made for early departure, so we didn’t get to spend any time outside enjoying the beautiful surroundings. View from inside is fabulous! House is well stocked and comfortable. Only wish would be for more responsive host in advance of check-in day, when a couple questions were asked. All turned out well
We loved our stay here. We did two long hikes, the first in an all-day rainstorm -- so nice to come home to hot showers and good washer/dryer. The second day over the top of Mount Moosilauke in a snow storm (think the Antarctic), and again back to the warm nesting of this home. Highly recommended!
