Apartamento limpo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, bem mobiliado, equipado e decorado. Nos sentimos em casa. De frente para o mar com uma vista espetacular. Tem acesso à praia por caminho gramado, detrás do condomínio, com conjunto de 4 cadeiras e guarda sol. Localização perfeita dentro do condomínio, perto da praia, do Shopping, Vila na praia...
