Everything was wonderful....if I need to nit pick at all....they need more glassware for the kitchen and the bedrooms could use wardrobes or closets and some.of tbe tables in the house are pretty tippy. However....those are the only 2 littlw thinga I would improve. It was quiet and peaceful and beautiful!
The house was large enough for our entire group and in the perfect location. Not only was it close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions, but also had the most magnificent view of any home we have stayed at in the area.
Two of the beds had damaged frames. One bed room had a bent curtain rod. That is the reason for four stars instead of five. Everything else was great. Reponse by casago was swift.
The property was clean and well maintained. The views were amazing and the location is close with an easy drive into Gatlinburg. Excellent communication from the host.
Super spacious and comfy cabin—perfect for a getaway with family or friends! Plenty of room to spread out, great amenities, and a cozy vibe. A great spot to relax and enjoy nature without giving up modern comforts
Breathtaking long range views of the mountains in this still-like-new home that’s within 15 minutes of all the main attractions in the area. Lots of room to spread out for our multigenerational family. Yes, the driveway is steep!
Our stay was lovely. The property had everything we needed and some. We had more kids than adults and they really enjoyed themselves. They are still talking about it three days later lol! The rooms are very spacious and the views are beautiful. We hope to get the opportunity to stay again in the future.
Everything about this property was perfect. The layout is great for multiple couples/families. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other while the main living area is large enough for everyone to be together all at once. The beds were so comfortable my husband wants to buy one. And the view was AMAZING! I’ve never been so impressed with a rental.

The property & view were amazing. I rarely leave critical reviews but for the price we paid it was not the luxury experience we hoped for. It lacked basic items like tissues, waste baskets in all room/bathrooms, no large pots, corkscrew, tongs, etc. The indoor fireplace didn’t work, one of the large stove burners didn’t work, a recliner didn’t work, the hot tub filter was old, and the pool needed to be filled (which we had to do ourselves). We had a wonderful time and recommend the site, but were really unimpressed with the service.
We enjoyed our stay. The home is gorgeous with an awesome view. Maintenance is responsive if you need them. A few things to expect, keep the exterior doors closed so you don't get a bunch of stink bugs and ladybugs inside. You'll need to scoot the recliners out the way to utilize the pool table. The front left eye on the stove doesn't work. The bedroom by the front door needs a new mattress, it's catawampus like a seesaw. Keep interior doors open to distribute heat or cooling upstairs. They want you to run the dishwasher on departure so save the single provided packet of dish washer detergent for that. The hot tub was in need of a deep clean, it's crusted over. The water does smell like sulfur. Turn the primary bathroom shower on and let it steam up before you get in so the neighbors aren't watching you shower, there are no curtains or blinds in the bathrooms. Regardless of all that, you'll love your stay.
We had a large family reunion and over all enjoyed the property but there were a few issues. The AC on the main floor was not working upon our arrival and was registering 75 degrees. The property manager sent out a technician to fix the AC and thankfully it was resolved as the weekend was warm. They informed me the last day of our stay that if the AC was set below 70 degrees and the unit had issues, we would be charged. This felt unfair as the issue already existed before we arrived and this seemed like pointing fingers at us, and also having the AC requirement of 70 degrees is still a bit warm for the summer. The bed on the main floor was unusable because the main support was snapped/broken so we were down a bedroom for a group of 20 people. There were other quirks like most bathrooms not having trash cans and the drains not working properly on tubs. Also be aware that if there’s rain, the mountainside behind the house is not properly draining so there were loose rocks falling off that could potentially damage a car. The main plus of this house is ample space and beautiful views, but I doubt with these issues that we will be back.

Family Trip
House was beautiful, however we encountered two nuisances--air conditioner on top floor kept registering 80 degrees even after mechanic was sent--he mentioned it needed to be larger unit--owner problem.Second offense was when pool maintenance guy came and left extreme powder all over the bottom of pool, plus no pump was plugged in. Manager of property stated we would have to pay for pool guy to return, NO WAY! We were without pool for our last 2 days. Property manager then changed his mind when I sent pictures, he blamed pool guy. I also had to report to VRBO about our problems. They did however refund me for a part of it.Thanks for that.
The view from the cabin was great! The Spaciousness of the cabin worked well as we had 20 in our group 10 adults two teens and eight kids ages 9 and under. The largest issues was the extremely bad sulfur smell in the water from all showers and faucets. When address with our host we were told to run the hot water until the hot water heater were empty to try and fix it, it didn't. I don't feel I should have to take time away from a family vacation to do maintenance especially when there is a filtration system in the cabin in which I feel wasn't doing it's job. A listing of house rules was in the cabin that stated contact host if pool is below skimmer. When contacted I was told to get a hose out of the maintenance room and top off the pool. First there was no hose in the room and after a 20 minute search it was found in a corner on the deck. Again taking time away from my family to do maintenance. Many of the pots and pans were not usable due to prior guest misuse. I feel this should be checked after each guest and items replaced. A prior guest had put regular coffee in the expresso machine so we had to clean it before it could be used. Listing states hair dryers would be available, and there were none. The BBQ grill was rusted and dirty and unusable. Fire place is listed however when sent a set of rules the day prior to check in fire places would not be turned on during our visit. Overall this was a great cabin and view. Few things I feel could be improved, mainly the water.
The property was stunning. Everything is very much like the advertised photos. There is a very steep mountain to climb to get to the house. Bring your jeep and lots of food, so you don't have to come down much. Beautiful mountain views. We had an issue with one of the beds; they responded quickly and came out to fix it—simply beautiful house, with gorgeous mountain views. Fantastic private retreat.
