About this property

Ocean Bay Park Sanctuary

Hello!

Charming beach house, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, social living room, dining room, and huge deck overlooking vast field, with new sitting area in garden. 1.5 baths, outdoor shower, private lot, internet, internet tv, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, SUPs, garden, games. One block from the beach and bay. Supermarket, restaurants and bars close. Ocean Beach restaurants, shops, and bars one mile away. Sunken Forest National Park one mile away.

We do not do group rentals to singles based on past experience. However, if you are a family, couples or mellow group please inquire.

5 night min stay: Check in 3:00pm , Check Out 11am (you can usually leave bags on the deck and use the outdoor shower on checkout day while cleaning people come to extend your stay). Dogs okay with fee.

The perfect traditional Fire Island Beach House… families, friends, couples, reunions… tons of deck space and have added sand all around the property for bocce and games.
