Beautiful house with ample outdoor spaces for gathering

Great house

We had a great vacation in Michigan with our extended family. The house was very clean and matched the pictures. Great kitchen and lots of space for everyone inside and out. Plenty of room for kids to play outside without worrying about traffic or the road. About 10 minutes to the Douglas & Saugatuck area. Had ages ranging from 2 - 76 in our group and everyone had a great time!

Amazing Holiday Getaway

We spent the long Thanksgiving weekend at this property. It was five star all the way. Modern farmhouse setting with all of the amenities. Great host. We cannot say enough. I rent all over the country. This was one of our top five. We will be again.

We enjoyed our stay

It’s a very pretty house inside and outside. We enjoyed our stay very much , 6 adults, 3 teens and 2 children. There is good amount of space for everyone. We spent lot of time at the entertainment garage too. We could see a pool being a very nice addition at the property in the future. Thanks for our host Mia! She’s very responsive and friendly

Great Family Getaway

Very Nice for my family. It was HOT so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor patio and fire pit. But everything else was excellent. Close to beach and everything that was needed. The kids loved the garage made over into a rec room. It was like they had their own place. The kitchen had everything you could need or want. I would certainly go back.

Great Stay in Fennville, MI at the Fenny Farmhouse

We had a great stay at the Fenny farmhouse in Fennville, MI with my group of 11 people! There was enough room for all of us to hang out & sleep comfortably. Not only was there a cozy family room but the small house next door had an awesome rec room that we watched movies and played games in! The kitchen and bathrooms were all modern and clean and had everything we wanted ! We were 20 mins from downtown Sagatuck and Oval beach which was ideal. One thing to note is that the location is pet friendly so this should be considered if you are a group that does not like the faint hint of dog smell but that was easily fixed . Overall a great stay !!!

Perfect getaway from the city!

The farmhouse was exactly as it was described and pictured. The property was very spacious and had everything we needed and more for our comfort and entertainment. The house was beautifully decorated and no detail was missed. The location was perfect which was close to wineries, Virtue Cider, restaurants, and Saugatuck. Check-in was easy and the host, Mia, was very responsive and accommodating. The s'mores kit provided and the pre-built initial fire in the outdoor pit was a nice touch. My girlfriends and I hope to make this an annual trip and stay at the farmhouse again!

Best of the Best!

We rented this home for our extended family over Christmas break. We have stayed in dozens of rentals all across the world and this one rises to the very top of the best of the best. The owners have done a remarkable job of creating a gorgeous home in an ideal setting. The pictures on line don’t come close to capturing the charm, cleanliness, and fantastic spaces. The list of special details is too long to list. It’s over the top! Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in your beautiful gem. What a treat!!

Superb house and detail oriented manager = awesome experience!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was very clean and the decoration was picture perfect, was like out of a magazine, rooms are expansive and super cute, and the barn-like garage was very functional towards entertaining, home has a great wraparound porch and all the outdoor landscape integrates with the home full of beautiful hardscape. plants and nature. Perfect for mid-size groups. Great secluded location, yet about a 5-10 min drive to the beach and town shops , wineries and restaurants, also a 15-20 min drive to Douglas-Saugatuck with all they have to offer. Easy to check-in, Mia is a great communicator and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed with the cutest note and a smore's making set. and shipped a clothing items that of of our guests had forgotten there. We want to go back to enjoy it in the Winter and would definitely recommend staying there.

Getaway Perfection

Our family had the pleasure of staying for three nights in this property. The location was perfect- close to wineries, u-pick farms, and 15 minutes from the heart of Saugatuck. The acreage gave so much privacy, and the grounds were perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating. Inside the home we found absolutely eveeything we needed for comfort, necessity, and many many extras. The layout was spacious and well appointed. The furnishings were as beautiful as they were comfortable. Exquisite and inviting spaces throughout this home. The rec and movie area, which are detached, provided the perfect retreat for kids and adults alike with a fun and functional large space. This house is a must do if you are looking for a lovely place to spend time with friends and family! We had a blast staying here for my sister’s bachelorette trip. The house fit 9 of us perfectly, everything was so clean, the beds were SO comfortable, the decor was so cute! We each felt like this could be our own house (minus missing our husbands and kids!), we felt at home! Everyone bookmarked this property to use again someday!

Wow!Fantastic farmhouse, near a great state park beach.We are an ever-expanding family, and there was plenty of room for all.Grounds were impeccable.House was super clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great, and there was an amazing bonfire pit with wood!Near golf, Saugatuck, mini golf, dunes rides, blueberry picking....Yes! We had the most lovely stay at this farmhouse. It was clean, well appointed and gorgeously decorated. It had little touches from the host that made you smile. We picked this rental up last minute so it was a bit big for a couples getaway (plus our dog) but honestly we regret absolutely nothing. The value was there. It had everything from kitchen supplies to a beautiful firepit and hammock. It was remote and gave country living but accessible and literal minutes from the local wineries, Cranes, and the beach. Within 10-15 minutes you can explore shopping and resteraunts in downtown Fennville, Douglas and Saugatuck from this home base. Another 30 and you're in Holland. The host was responsive and was incredibly helpful. We can't wait to return!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful Fennville property! The home exceeded our expectations in every way — from the stunning design and décor to the thoughtful amenities that made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at, and cannot wait to come back! One of the biggest highlights was how genuinely dog-friendly the rental was. Our pups weren’t just allowed — they were thoughtfully included with their own amenities—dog beds, bowls, wipes, couch blankets, and waste bags provided. What a nice added touch!The property itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing. We loved spending time on the wraparound porch, gathering around the campfire in the Adirondack chairs, and stargazing at night. The converted garage game room was also a huge bonus—such a fun and convenient space for our family and allowed for our group to have a space to talk and play games when others went to bed. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to Fennville, Saugatuck, Douglas, and South Haven. We were able to pack so much fun into one weekend while still having a quiet, comfortable place to come back to each night.Mia was a top-notch host and checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality and attention to detail truly made this place special. We would absolutely stay here again — 10/10 recommend!
